The functionality of this website is an absolute joke! I don't know why anyone could be expected to put trust in a system to hold a significant amount of funds - when it is constantly crashing, we are a firm of accountants that unfortunately need to use this site regularly and temperamental to say the least! I would not recommend NEST as a Pension savings scheme to anyone!

Do not trust this company to take money…

Do not trust this company to take money out of your account on a subscription service, you point blank do not receive your goods and the customer service is shocking unless you are willing to chase them up repeatedly for weeks you will not get your deliveries. It’s a shame because it’s actually a great product but the service and trustworthiness of the company is very poor, I do not recommend.

Hi Emma, thanks for this feedback and so sorry to hear your delivery frustrations continue. I know you've been speaking with our customer service team who have been back and forth with DPD to understand why these issues persist, and who are continuing to try and resolve this for you. We've been carrying out extensive testing over the past few months to attempt to refine our packaging for our glass orders to ensure that rough handling in transit does not result in so many breakages. We still have a long way to go on this, but please rest assured we're trying our best to improve this regrettable situation. Unfortunately, couriers do not always report back to us when items are damaged in transit, often meaning the first we hear of any problems is indeed when a customer reports this to us, resulting in unnecessary delays resolving issues like this. Please accept our sincere apologies again for the inconvenience caused. Our customer service team are working on your query and will come back to you shortly, but we will go ahead and refund your last order but continue to try and get your product out to you. Apologies once again and thank you for your patience whilst we try to resolve this. The Actiph Team

Disgraceful, Deplorable Company

For a national company, this organisation is a disgrace.
There is not one aspect of their service, even worthy of one star. Their online service is shocking, account numbers just fall off of the online account. The telephone service is genuinely the worst I have experience, I am currently on hold for the 5th time today and can't manage to get to the end of a conversation without advisors just disconnecting the call - I hope this company folds and the people at the helm are held accountable for their ethos of poor service and ripping customers off!

Disgraceful, Deplorable, Shocking Service

For a national company, this organisation is a disgrace. There is not one aspect of their service worthy of even one star.
The online service is shocking, account numbers just drop off of online accounts.
The phone service is a disgrace, I have today had to call back 5 times just to get a conversation without being cut off half way through the call. The advisors are worse than hopeless - total disgrace, I hope this Company folds and the people at the helm are held accountable for their shoddy service and ethos of ripping people off.

Consistently the worst delivery service…

Consistently the worst delivery service I have ever received from an online furniture supplier. I have spent thousands of pounds with this business over the last 2 years, they do not care about their customers. They use a lousy delivery partner (Panther Group for large items or Hermes for smaller items) both of these businesses are a reflection of the total lack of care and consideration this business has for the end user. At least 4 out of 5 deliveries, arrive damaged, or don't arrive at all. Poor excuse for a service every time, I will never use them again!
