An all inclusive package makes it an ideal choice. The communication is good. Cars always in good condition& pick up drop off at airport is smooth. Constructive feedback; would love the option to drop off at a resort as an alternative to the airport when required.

The inpost locker which I use regularly had. System failure. My parcel was locked inside for 2 weeks + before it was repaired. Not ideal when customers are waiting. There should be compensation to customers pre day it remains out of action.

I have bought other products from Regatta and been pleased with the quality. On this occasion I felt the product fell short of the quality I was hoping for. The coat is perhaps a little oversized and could do with having. Better sizing structure to the ordering. The lining is thinner than anticipated having compared it to other similar branded items. Now having worn it I can honestly say the hood is way too small. I found this in my husbands purchase and my daughters so it’s a design fault rather than manufacturing. It’s still a nice item and I am wearing it however not sure if recommend.

Comparing the market against my renewal and AA platinum was by far the most competitive for the cover I required. The policy was clear and easy to switch.

The small parcel postage box was full so had to use medium. No instruction as to how this might affect the delivery.
