Winter 2022/23 CES sent fraudulent South Wales company to replace my cylinder gas heating system with an air sourced heat pump system.
The company they sent did no survey so no advice on where to locate the cylinder hence noisy internal pump and clicking in my bedroom and big control unit intruding into my bedroom.
Sent the wrong sized cylinder so no heating or hot water tge whole winter.
No paperwork at all provided.
Several call backs to installer who was belligerent and rude.

Five weeks ago I wanted a bra from Comfit. There wasn’t the usual comirmation detail of purchase before ‘pay’ and I ended up paying for three of the same item (tho, strangely, all three different prices)-total £70.87.
I received an e mail from the courier saying the goods had been returned to supplier. No reason given.
I received several requests from Comfit to comment on my purchase- advised not received.
I requested a full refund-several advices that refill refund was being processed.
Now Comfit is asking me to fill one of those ridiculous forms and return the goods I haven’t got. This is rubbish of course because the ‘grace’ period has long passed.
In the meantime Comfit has this significant amount of my money.
Comfit is a bunch of cowboys.
My advice is leave well alone.

I ordered boots from this company as advertised on Pinterest. The boots bear no resemblance style wise to those in the photo. The fabric is flimsy and thin and not suitable for footwear.
In seeking a return Rosie London stalled, requesting photo of the boots I received and have now stopped communicating.

What a refreshing experience to be able to speak to an Octopus representative almost immediately you phone in… no menus/ no waits.
This company deals with its customers in a relaxed friendly manner which is nonetheless efficient and resourceful.
A company committed to reducing greenhouse gasses and providing info on how the customer can save money this is the one!

Having received a message from Premium Credit thanking me for signing my monthly direct debit agreement for car insurance I have also received an offensive message to say if I don’t sign the agreement I’ll be charged £25 for a reminder to sign the agreement I’ve supposedly already signed.
Confused!!!!

Had air sourced heat pump installed last winter. The owner of GT failed to measure my airing cupboard/the boiler would not fit into the cupboard. Consequently I was without any heating for 10 of the coldest days of the winter and also had to have the obtrusive controls sticking out into my bedroom rather than in the cupboard due to lack of space).The technicians were absolutely wonderful (though constantly frustrated) and had the additional inconvenience of having to put the pump in the loft.
The technicians were very careful about not making a mess but GT’s electrician ruined my carpet.
I am still awaiting radiator valves and compensation for my carpet- both promised for 8 months now.
Basically I think this company would benefit by the top manager and electrician developing better communication skills.

I would be a size 8 shoe normally but ordered a size 9 EEE to accommodate slightly thicker trainer socks for fabric gym trainer.
The trainers I received were barely a size 8 and no extra width.
Disappointing.

Staff super helpful and knowledgable about most products.
Prices are good.
