Excellent customer service throughout, kept informed as to how things were proceeding, and understanding when I perhaps was not clear enough about which part was required. Brilliant customer service from Tony, top man!

Fantastic products and brilliant customer service. In the process of communicating with Pip an advisor about a technical question I have about building and attaching my panels to a breeze block wall and the service from Pip has been brilliant. I was not certain who rang me to help it was Lynne I think, but fantastic help from her, excellent customer service.

I ordered something recently but discovered on the day from the tradesperson it was not the right item, and unfortunately it was on its way to be delivered. I contacted the VP team to make them aware of this, and they were brilliant! Nothing was a problem, they gave me instructions that were clear what to do when the driver arrived, which led to the item being returned with no stress, fuss, or hassle. The driver for FedEx was also very understanding and helpful. Strongly recommend Virtual Plastics.

My first dealings with Forest Garden staff, in this case Phil and Mesmach(Hope I have spelt his name correctly!) And what an absolutely pleasant experience it was. I was kept informed throughout their journey as to where they were and the estimated times of arrival. My first interactions were brilliant, genuine greetings were made, health and safety discussed throughout, and my items were taken where requested safely, and professionally. Brilliant customer service, and two brilliant members of staff! Also the quality of, in this case fence panels, was top class! Strongly recommend Forest Garden.

Although it was sad to see Dave and Tanya go after many years of excellent service as the Pelican Garage, I have to say if my recent experience was anything to go by, their legacy will indeed live on under Chris and CJ Autos. Excellent customer service, strongly recommend CJ Autos.

I have used Resolver in the past and they have been very helpful providing information as to how to resolve an issue. However unlike many other people I am fully aware that I received my help without paying Resolver, and that as a free service they are restricted as to how far they can realistically go in order to help resolve issues. I have found it to be a very useful service and would recommend them without question to anyone who needs advice on how to resolve their issue. Ps ignore the date as I cannot remember sorry will have to check.

Bit of trouble checking on my delivery as for over a week I was trying to make contact to change my delivery only to keep getting a page saying system unavailable? Luckily my parcel was delivered safely without my signature. However I have always found DHL Express to be excellent, just maybe check on that system unavailable aspect as it will affect customers.

Excellent customer service and products, the care and support for customers, old, and new is fantastic! Strongly recommend.
