The product I selected was not in stock, despite being available for purchase on the website. Took a week for me to be contacted to communicate this. The replacement offered is a good piece of kit but doesn't do what I wanted

I tried to order a ladder on line. The website indicated that 3 were in stock and available for delivery to my area. Approx a week -10 days later I was informed that there were no ladders available and would I like to cancel the order as the lead time for delivery would be long. I asked if TJ could contact the supplier and find out what the lead time would be. I was told 'next week' - next week came and no ladder, I contacted TJ again and was told ' next week'. Enough said.....the website needs to be kept updated and reflect the true stock position.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review and I'm sorry to read about your experience. While errors in stock levels can occur, it however does not excue the lenght of time you had to wait to be informed about the issue.
I will be sure to pass this onto the branch who dealt with the order, as each branch is responsible for their stock levels, which feeds to the website.

The website is easy to use, clear info on the product and the payment section worked perfectly (which is increasingly a problem with some sites) The product was delivered within 24 hrs and was exactly what I wanted. Super service

The whole process was very easy and straightforward. Booking online was simple and when I had to change my booking time, there was no problem at all doing that, even at fairly short notice. The test was done right on time and results back within a few hours. Happy to recommend the service to anyone.
