Delighted with Service
Original LG model delivered on Sunday, but despite a 3 way conversation with AO&LG where we were both advised by LG that the doors could be removed, the AO installer reliably assured me that they could not and therefore it would not be possible to fit it through 2 standard sized doorway? The installers were so helpful and reliably informed me that Bosch doors were removable, so I reordered and it arrived today.
The biggest problem was removing my old Maytag which, when installed in 2006 I recall was also a nightmare to get in, so believed & understood.
The installers today instead of walking away with that 'Big Intake of Breath' saying "It can't be done", no, instead they persevered and eventually extracted my old Maytag.
I now have the Bosch KFF96PIEP which came in far more easily and I am absolutely delighted with. I can't wait to turn it on!!
So I have nothing but praise for both AO customer services who, answered the phone within a couple of minutes on each occasion (even that's a novelty these days?) and did everything possible to assist. I would also like to thank both sets of installers who could honestly have done nothing more.
Sadly, it is rare for me to even respond to the 'how did we do?' question, let alone write a review! ONLY when I receive either exceptionally GOOD or BAD service do I bother and in this instance it is exceptionally GOOD! (I was dreading Christmas with no Fridge/Freezer and using my porch as a fridge).
So a big THANK YOU to AO and how you train your staff. A totally refreshing experience.
