Misleading and unhelpful - do not use

After seeing they had a high score advertised in their website on trustpilot (not correct) and some good reviews I decided to order an item.

The item received was not the same item I ordered so I contacted their email support to rectify and resend the correct order. After chasing a week later, they still do not reply.

I had to have PayPal step in to refund as they were not able to offer a return (even though they advertise hassle free 14 days return).

They have responded 2 weeks later to say it says on their website they have the right to send you a different item if it’s not in stock when you order (it’s always been in stock and is now) and haven’t offered any resolution.

They are clearly a massive gamble and would not advise purchasing from their website as it is misleading and their customer services will not help you resolve any issues.

Ticketmaster wrongly informed us and we had to take the hit

Needed to list tickets for resale due to injury, Ticketmaster chat bot told us to cancel our resale tickets to lower the price. Did exactly that and then it said you can’t relist close to the event. Lost £230 and now they’ve taken away our only chance to get something back for them.

Agents said sorry chat bot didn’t know this but you can’t relist nothing we can do.

Awful service and disgraceful customer service.

Consistent at losing parcels

3rd parcel lost in the past couple of months. They don’t deliver more often than they do. Used to be reliable now I expect them to lose things.

Their customer service is Ai chatbot, and if you make it through to someone they look into it and close it before it’s been resolved.

Have to sit and wait another month now for a parcel to not show up before I can get a refund again.

Already removed them from being used on my accounts and avoid from now on at all costs.

Awful company, awful service, awful support.

Products, service and repairs poor quality

Our Philips ambilight TV has had nothing but problems, but currently it flickers high/low brightness contrast when watching it. We reported it for repair 3 months ago and every time I check in for an update they just palm us off saying ‘a technician is investigating’ but I’m fairly sure that aren’t doing anything as our TV is here and nothings happens in over 3 months. Just been left with a faulty TV and nothing we can do aside replace it ourselves.

Useless customer service, repair service and product too. Won’t buy Philips branded products any more as the quality of product and service is appalling.

Evri lose parcels often / poor support

Unfortunately Evri seem to be prone to losing parcels easily. One we sent a few months back never made it to the recipient and one coming to me has been lost in the sorting facility for a month and I can’t do anything about it as their customer service is a chat bot and just tells you to wait a stupid amount of time in case it turns up, or if not contact sender for replacement, which you can’t if you’ve used Vinted. Poor handling of parcels will be using others where possible instead of Evri from now on.

Flung parcel on floor in the walkway at…

Flung parcel on floor in the walkway at the building entrance and left in sight. Delivery driver didn’t call intercom or knock to say it was here (we was in), and wasn’t any effort to leave it in our porch or at our door where it was safer.

No item sent out after payment

Ordered patches and a name set, order was processed by the next day and payment was taken.

No item has been posted yet and it was almost a month ago. When I reached out to their customer services - no response.

I’m Left £18 down and nothing to show for it. Going to have to take it further to claim back my money.

Don’t buy from here you’ll just lose your money.

Hit and miss on standards of delivery drivers

Some delivery drivers are decent but others just leave the parcel in the open communal area of the apartment block which isn’t safe, and don’t even call/buzz us to tell us it’s arrived so we can pick it up.

Understand if they can’t be arsed to climb some stairs but at least let us know it’s arrived so we can get it before it’s stolen.

One guy who usually delivers to us through the week always knocks and leaves it at our door, so at least some of your staff do a good job

Incredibly helpful team in York store

Purchased some items in the York Clifton Moor store but one thing I wanted I couldn’t find anywhere. The staff very kindly looked into it, and they realised they had some delivered in but were not out on shelf yet.
Even though it was close to closing time, they made a special effort to go into the back and find one for me without me even asking, as I just expected to come in another time to try.

Everyone was super nice, extremely helpful and went above and beyond to find something for me that really I could have come in another time to get, but they wanted to make sure I left with everything.

Really fantastic team and attitude so thank you for a pleasant experience in store :)

Absolute frauds - AVOID!

Absolute frauds, ordered from Very Neko who they own and they’ve taken my money, not sent the item and refused to cancel it leaving it stuck in ‘processing’ for ages. Requested them to cancel it multiple times but they refuse, but still can’t send out the item.

Disgusting service and customer service, will be reporting to trading standards as lots of people been roped off by these scammers

Disgusting service and scam of a company

Ordered an item which they were supposed to dispatch within 4 days. It’s been multiple weeks now and they still have not sent anything.

I’ve requested it to be canceled twice, they ignored this the first time and the second time they refused to do it as it’s in ‘processing’ stage (which it has been since I ordered it weeks ago.

They won’t send me the item, they won’t refund and cancel my order, and their customer services are useless as they just pass the blame onto the factory and end the conversation with no helpful outcome.

Do not order from them, based on recent reviews it looks like they just take peoples money and do not send items. Wish I’d checked reviews before I bought anything.

Useless, slow, unresponsive, and expensive.

For a property management company they do very little property management. My apartment was flooded and damaged 9 months ago, they accepted it was their responsibility with the leaking roof which has not been looked after, but they have still not done anything to fix it.

They're happy for me to have to clean up the mess in the roof space unsafely which i do not own, even through times of being unwell to prevent my ceiling from flooding through.

I pay £125 pm for their services and receive little to no help from their team as no one ever knows what's happening. I have to call them & email them constantly to push them even to look into it, which results in nothing.

Disgraceful service and company.

Would highly recommend avoid buying a property (or renting) if they are managing it.
