They stole £20 from me

They arrived two hours after the delivery slot I paid £5 for, and because I was in the middle of a meeting & had workmen fitting a boiler at home, I didn't notice that an expensive item wasn't delivered. I tried an online refund and it was rejected without reason. An unfortunate expensive lesson learned - I will never give this company a single red penny of my money again.

Happy customer

My product was delivered in 9 working days, not 2-4 as advertised, but it was delivered in good condition, and it was considerably cheaper than other retailers, so I'll take it.

A mistake I won't repeat

They got my order completely wrong.

You can't see what's on the week's menu without resubscribing - very deceptive, predatory website design.

Moreover, the website indicated that the week's order was cancelled, so I was disappointed to learn that this wasn't the case & that I was still being charged.

We’re sorry to hear this left you feeling frustrated. Our subscription works on a weekly cut-off, which means if changes or cancellations are made after that point, the upcoming order will still go through. That’s outlined during sign-up and in the FAQs section, but we appreciate it’s not always top of mind.

You’re able to view and choose meals while a subscription is active, as that’s how the system generates each week’s order.

Honestly, for the price, you can't complain

The products are considerably cheaper than anything else you can find on the retail market. I appreciate that delivery times can be misleading, but delivery is free, and the prices are great. I'm happy with the service, and will look to purchase from them again if I need something they stock.

Abused my elderly, disabled mother

My mother is elderly and disabled. I requested for her to receive support getting to and from their airport.

She was left alone in Abu Dhabi, and when she asked for support, the people tasked with supporting her ignored her, giggled amongst themselves at her expense, and one of them had the nerve to ask her whether she really needed a wheelchair. She was in tears when she got home. This is the first time she has ever experienced disability discrimination, and I feel so incredibly guilty for having facilitated it by buying her Etihad tickets.

Moreover, her bag was lost, and when I went to their website to get instructions, I was directed to a number for the airport's lost luggage service that was no longer in service.

Unfortunately, we don't have much in the way of recourse. What I do know is that I will never use Etihad again, and I'm going to caution everyone I know to avoid their service for as long as I live.

An absolute nightmare

My mother's luggage was lost in the airport. All I wanted to know was whether there was some kind of lost property desk at the airport where I could make some inquiries, and where it would be located. That's all. I couldn't find any relevant information about this on the website, so I gave them a call, and was greeted with about five different menus, and virtually all the options led to the automated voice telling me they couldn't help me. I can't even access the live chat function that they spent about 20 seconds touting. Awful, awful customer service.

A complete waste of time

I purchased Mounjaro from them, DPD didn't deliver my order, and according to the status, it's now on its way back to them. I emailed several times for updates, and eventually asked for a cancellation, but they said they couldn't process one until they received the order back from DPD. This was the last I heard from them.

We understand how frustrating it is when DPD returns a parcel without delivering it, and we agree that you should have received clearer updates while waiting. Stopped working after 3 hours.

Purchased a pair of earbuds in an airport & they more or less stopped working within a few hours. The manual is less than useless, and the customer service is non-existent. Please avoid.

The poorest customer service I've experienced from a retailer.

I returned a product I purchased on 26/12 and have yet to receive my refund. I contacted them earlier this month & they didn't even appear to have a record of my return. Now, almost a month after the return, I've been advised that the product has gone missing, that the delivery partner is conducting an investigation, and that nothing can be done until this has been completed. I haven't received any direct updates from them - everything I've learned has come from my contacting them. Exceptionally poor customer service.
