Very easy system to use for all staff, Heidi our Account Manager is brilliant. Couldn’t ask for more. All round 10/10!

Excellent from start to finish. I had a gastric sleeve with Dr Memhet Deniz at Ozel Saglik Hosptial, what a fantastic surgeon. Staff are out of this world. Knocks spots off the hospitals in the U.K. Victor our patient coordinator in the hospital was very excellent, he went out of his way to help us and spoke brilliant English. When you land in Izmir it is very organised , they take you to your hotel and then pick you up to take you to hospital the following morning. The Pre-Operative tests are very extensive which is great. Results from all tests within the hour and then up for the Operation. Very efficient , great staff and nurses, always smiling and very happy. Sepideh my coordinator when I was in the U.K was great in helping me through everything, always available to talk through WhatsApp and very very helpful! The Dietician is also great and gives you loads of information to come home with. The aftercare pack is also great, all the tablets you need and breathing exercise, protein shakes etc. I would definitely use Ozel Saglik again if need be and would definitely recommend to everyone!
