Great person delivered my flooring. Only problem was he was unable to get to my 3rd floor. Had to cut it open. And fold it. My neighbour helped there on in.

I use these delivery (service) people. Always deliver with care and compassion. Well mannered at all times. My meds need refrigerated. So I assume. There vehicles have refrigerated.

All in All the process was straightforward taking out car insurance. Could do with having customer service try not to have so much background noise going on in there call center. As it was for me very difficult to hear what was being spoken by a rep at times.

I ordered something online for me to collect in store the following day. Had a wait for to be served not to much of a problem. The young person who served me needs to have some manners. I had the impression the person didn't want to be in the job they were/are doing.

Very understanding. Will always find a solution to ones affordability.
