Boots Pharmacy should be investigated by the NHS and CQC. Repeatedly never have stock, days or even weeks to provide prescriptions. Compare their stock holdings with private pharmacies. Blame doctors systems and suppliers.
So the correct bottom rails for the fencing were promised for delivery by courier at the beginning of this week. Nothing! So I spend 35 minutes waiting on the phone yesterday. Repeat the issue and I am promised that the correct parts will be delivered today by Charles and Ivy van. A good guy called Rob arrives...with the wrong parts. So delivery refused and I am waiting again. Complete and utter shambles. The owners of Charles & Ivy could treble their profits by concentrating on customer service, proper warehouse systems and logistics. Jokers (I would give zero stars but I cant)

I placed a 2 star review on 10th May highlighting that each one of the 4 orders I had placed had delivery issues. My 4th order was delivered without top and bottom rails. C&I shipped new rails via ANC. Just come to install the panels to find that they have sent 2 correct top rails and 2 top rails for screens instead of 2 bottom rails! Customer service RUBBISH Logistics RUBBISH Use this company at your peril. Further I don't believe the number of 5 star reviews, something is not right.

EVERY delivery is delivered incomplete. 4 orders with repeated issues. The number of 1,2 and 3 star reviews tells you there are constant issues. I do not believe the number of 5 star reviews.
Furniture123 payment systems need upgrading. 3 seperate credit cards, all 3 with 100% credit scores, all verified by the specific banks yet Furniture123 claim funds not available. Only accepted Debit card Customer order reference; 45875290

MyAviva will not allow my online claim so I have to telephone. After being on hold for 40 minutes you cut me off. Not good enough
