Honest people , friendly and very quick to respond

So I have used this company on several jobs and the last few orders and jobs have gone down hill . Regardless of that I placed my order Monday to be assured all on stock pay now , your delivery will be with you Tuesday / Wednesday . Iv had no emails or confirmation , it’s now Thursday so iv decided to call the shop to be told it hasn’t been sent because they don’t have the items in stock , they don’t no when they will have them in stock , but now they can send the fire panel by tommorow but not the other items .

Job hand over is tommrow to which I cannot complete through there incompetence and lack of communication. I will not be using them again

Where to start with such a company I think it outrageous to purchase a car from a dealer and this company back the warranty with a car that had untold problems , failed wheel bearings ,broken window switches ,cam belt ,water pump ,tension pulley ,tension belt broken break caliper , this list goes on , every claim you try to get payment for they have to get approved from the dodgy car dealers they cover , out of all the claims I have tried to get covered they accepted a contribution to 2 claims . Stay well away from this company as I am seeking legal advise to take further action against them .

AVOID AT ALL COST

Can’t thank impact claims enough been very helpful all the way through the process , which has only took around 4-5 weeks start to finish to get me a big enough refund to be able to spoil the children and clear some other debts up .
Currently have several other claims which the are working through to hopefully get me a further refund

I’m a tradesman who has used my job quote for a few years but over that past few months customer services fail to even get in contact and reply to disputed jobs .

They are constantly selling leads for around £20-£25 per lead to which I purchased
Customers are not contactable
Phone calls they just ring or answer phone

Emails no reply’s
No reply to textes nothing at all

Spent thousands on job leads and it’s a joke

When you ask for the credits to be refunded they come up with we have been in touch with the client so non refundable

Absolute shambles of a site will
Spread this far an wide on all platforms
