Parcel delay for no reason

Parcel took 2 days to gety to UK from Spain, its menat to be Royal Mail tracked 48 hours. Its somehow ended up with Spring GDS and is stuck in their system:-
2023-06-17 08:15:34 IN CUSTOMS CUSTOMS IMPORT DECLARATION
SOUTHALL, MIDDLESEX UB2 5LF, GB
2023-06-17 07:54:34 ITEM RELEASED FROM CUSTOMS IMPORT DECLARATION RELEASED
2023-06-17 07:42:04 CROSSDOCK ARRIVAL
SOUTHALL, MIDDLESEX UB2 5LF, GB
Its should be ready to pass to Royal Mail as all customs bit is completd by 17th and its now the 22nd!!
So whats the delay!!?
