Open Reach kept us informed about our scheduled appointment several times before the installation date for full fibre broadband. The engineer (Lucas) from M.J.Quinn, was excellent. He was on time, friendly, personable and professional. He had to get the cable from a pole the other side of a busy road to another pole at the end of our drive. He made a very neat job of the installation, placing the modem as requested. He removed the existing copper cable and left everywhere clean and tidy. Highly impressed with the efficiency of his work.
I got through for an online chat very quickly. The customer service person managed to change both my flight times quickly and assured me that my car park booking was valid until midnight on the day of return. A very easy process. Confirmation of changes arrived quickly by email.
Excellent service again. The inks were delivered quickly and they work perfectly in my Epson printer. Half the price of the Epson inks.

The earrings were just as described and were much stronger than some I'd had to return to another company because they were so thin and small, at the same price. They were delivered within 2 days of ordering and my wife wears them constantly.
I tried to renew my policy online but any amendments I made changed my existing policy, which only had a few days to run. I therefore phoned and was dealt with in a very pleasant and professional manner. The consultant was polite, informative and very helpful, enabling me to make the correct choices for my new travel policy and at a reasonable price.
Excellent service once again. They even managed to accommodate my special request to slightly modify the springs to enable them to fit correctly in my handles. Excellent communication and customer service.
I placed my order over a 'savings weekend' but having done this in the past have yet to receive any savings. The delivery company left a delivery invoice for about £12 less than I paid. Will I receive a refund? Secondly, the delivery company gave us NO advanced warning of delivery and although we were at home the driver didn't knock or ring the door bell on arrival. I had no idea that the delivery had been made until the following day when I noticed that the fence around the boiler had been moved and the lock on the gate was still intact. I checked and noticed that the driver had forced the fence post to open the gate and broken the fence post in the process. There was absolutely no need to do this as the tank is accessible without opening the gate (as happened last year). Also we were at home and I could have opened the gate!! I very much hope that I will be reimbursed for the cost of replacement of the broken post.

For some reason Octopus were having trouble accessing my export readings from our solar panels which resulted in us not receiving our bill, it had been left as pending. I emailed customer support and Oli was very helpful. He resolved the problem in less than an hour and our bill was emailed to us. He then promised to keep a close eye on our account to make sure that the problem does not re-occur. couldn't ask for better service. Oli, was quick, responsive and capable.
Easy to use website enabling easy sourcing of options for insurance with most details being retained. After comparing prices with other providers and changes to our travel plans the price was good value for the level of cover we required.
Excellent service from Arrow XL. 2 hour time slot provided a day in advance and the time slot was narrowed on the day of delivery. Our Dishwasher was delivered when stated. The delivery guys were friendly and helpfully unpacked the item, retaining all packaging, and then carried the dishwasher where required. A swift and efficient service.

I have used Inkfactory before and again they have delivered compatible inks for my Epsom printer at a much lower price than those offered by Epsom. The tracking information was good and delivery was on time.
I had a really positive experience when booking a Travelzoo deal to Kos this morning. The agent, Josh, was polite, efficient and friendly. He was extremely helpful in obtaining the deal I required for our selected dates and secured an excellent deal. He was competent and effective in dealing with a problem caused by the airline and although the booking process took a little longer he negotiated his way through the problem successfully to our satisfaction.
