I ordered a bra earlier in the year, it fitted well and was comfortable. I ordered another one in black, same size whilst they were promoting free returns . It is far too small. I emailed customer service, got an automated response offering further discounts. I’ve emailed again with no response. Today I started a return through the portal. They’ve accepted a return, told me I can keep the item ( no good to me as it doesn’t fit) then kept £3 for the return!! Misadvertising and fraud!
I’ve since had a request from Trustpilot asking to share my details. I gave them permission but have not had further communication from conturve.

I had a great flight from Perth recently. Although late leaving we made up time. Very good service in flight.
The best bit though was return of lost property. I left my kindle in my seat pocket. Didn’t realise til I got home. Emailed link on website, had a reply 10 mins later to say they had it and how to collect it. I went to the service desk at departures and someone brought it to me from the office. I feel that’s amazing customer service 😊

I ordered a specific item, in part relying on the picture to confirm it was the item I usually order. A different item was dispatched. When I questioned it I was told ( quite bluntly) images are for illustration only and may be different to the product ordered. Surely you should be able to see a picture of what you are ordering, not a picture of some other random item!!
