my little boy broke his glasses and the lens fell out.. went to st Austell store and they sorted it all straight away and used a display pair, without glasses he cannot see they fitted him in sorted it straight away Thankyou Thankyou..
Been a customer for many years they sent me the wrong fridge freezer that’s a plumbing in one.. keep calling them and I keep being told give it 3 days it will be gone 17 days later it’s still in the kitchen in the wrapper.. worst customer service ever and rude..
