Fantastic company. We have used their labels for all of our personalised candles for a while now and only ever been happy. Any queries have been dealt with rapidly and professionally. If the review were for scent alone, it would be 5 out of 5 with ease. Fantastic strong and popular scents. Pricier than some other suppliers but fragrance load lower so effectively not much more money.
But the dispatch was sluggish, had an unresponded email (like others have mentioned) and tracking details were not provided when it was shipped.

That in itself is a schoolboy error. That will drive customer contacts that are just unnecessary. Include tracking details on the shipped email and let the customer self manage the delivery . Understand a royal mail comes but that can be a day or so after the dispatch notification from cosy owl.

Also hope the long lead time for shipping was a festive period thing so will try again in hope that improves

Absolutely immense company. Needed a replacement laptop screen pretty urgently and AJ Parts duly obliged. Not only fast delivery but packaging that was first class and most importantly an excellent product that has got our sons laptop back up and running. Will absolutely return in future and recommend.

It is such a shame for the many retailers that ship a product on time and well packaged, only for DHL to totally ruin the end customers experience. Now actively avoid retailers who use DHL ecommerce. They never achieve next day delivery. They hold parcels to rot at depots with no updates and no ambition to deliver on time. Customer service is automated and near impossible to speak to a human. Delivery attempts where driver never comes near property.

All in all they are now the actual worst delivery company in the country. DHL used to have a good reputation as well.

We are using Transglobal more and more for our UK to US parcels. I think some of the poor reviews on here are actually against the final mile courier and not transglobal. They are flawless so far. Comms easy, booking easy and driver Neil is really friendly and efficient. Superb company and reasonable prices when compared to the alternatives

Supplies for candles are first class. Not only the product, but the way they are packaged and the delivery experience too. Recently received some red jars for our xmas range and they were incredible with brilliant feedback. The fragrance oils are also fantastic and the team are always keen to help when needed

We receive deliveries regular from pretty much all the couriers. APC are head and shoulders above the rest. Never ever doubt an APC delivery will arrive, drivers always friendly, notifications and tracking first class. Always super impressed thank you

John O , customer service rep was outstandingly good. Between fedex and parcel2go, the 6th advisor i spoke to and the only one that truly understood the problem ( instantly too) and provided a perfect resolution that nobody else thought of , thanks John!

Waited a couple of weeks after chalazion removal minor surgery to ensure review was accurate and included after effects. Overall, I am BLOWN AWAY by how incredible this place is.

Georgia on front desk super friendly, professional and efficient. Mr Uddin who performed the procedure is a wizard and absolute expert of his field. That was clear instantly with his detailed explanation of how chalazions are formed and also how to try to prevent in future

The procedure - amazing. Only felt the anaesthetic going in and nothing felt after that. The unreal part is I would have been waiting 18 months or more to get this done on the NHS. I rang the Eye and Dental clinic and within 24 hours I was done and dusted ( and I might say a lower cost than I was expecting for such a speedy and professional service). A couple of days of the usual minor discomfort post procedure but now I am super pleased with the results and my eye is back to normal!

Class from start to finish. Anthony sized up the repair job required on a large window. Was on time both times and communication was great. Sarah in the office also really decent. Most importantly, repair was perfect and Anthony was decent and friendly. Couldn't ask for more

Just unreal. Buy wicks 1000 at a time , plus the fragrance oils are insanely good.

First class every time. Buy wicks and stickers in bulk and never any issues.
As for the fragrance oils. Wow. They are certainly more expensive than most competitors. But there is a justified reason for that. The quality and strength is the best available in the UK in our opinion. Also means you may only need 6-7% where as similar oils you need up to 10% , so look at it like that and it isn't really a price difference.

Great fragrance oils most importantly and also at a competitive price. Not only that but on the one occasion something has gone wrong, it was sorted with a next day delivery replacement. Can't ask for much more than that. Will keep returning!
