Two year contract had 2 months left..

Its been sorted yet KCOM sent send out random emails about my payment history this HAS NEVER BEEN a issue before yet twice asking for same information about has was making payments hard or easy.
My last word
Don’t need to be contacted again now let’s run the two year contract down.

I’ve landed at AA due to the fact…

I’ve landed at AA due to the fact previous breakdown cover would came to about £770 for 2 years.
Yes I have the email as proof!!!!
So I’ve came to AA sorted for a year £270 even if I sign up for another year am saving over £200.
So am glad I’ve saved some money and thank you AA for good customer service and friendly people.

Not worth the agro

What I don’t get.£467 for two years RAC cover from 24/26.
Today I had received my automatic renewal and it’s £757 for two years.

What annoys me is if I had not received my renewal email and it would have carried on.
Now as it’s for renewal am not paying £757 for two years.

So I rang RAC today cancelled the policy and said that why it’s so dear.

He waffled on so I just said I’ll just
cancel the dd.

Shop around folks why??

I’ve got two years cover & £290 cheaper

My 2 year contract was ending soon.

My 2 year contract was ending soon.
So KCOM sent me a email about there options which was so pricey.
They KCOM contacted me again & if I don’t ring them basically and say what I want it’s nearly £60 I went mad.
So I rang and couldn’t stay on the same package but as everything went up so did there prices.
I had to haggle with the advisor and set up another 2 year contract I’ve felt bullied into KCOM tactic’s and don’t agree.
However I will say this that it needs looking into ?
If my contract was ending & I think may why did you put me on a new package straight away so you have robbed me of a few months worth of lower payments so now on a new contract & when I asked the advisor he quoted that as my contract was finishing and I said I’ve got a few months left on old one & have been had.
Not a happy customer at all.

Disgusting thefts by the company

An absolutely shocking company
Why send me a statement that says am in credit by a large amount??
Yet when the person on the other end doesn’t care at all.
So you now decide to take all my money that’s in credit and decide to say we owe you nothing??

How can British Gas say that we use electricity
We don’t use £600,
So you really need to be investigated against ripping off the public.
I’ve sent you a email with my phone number on and I need answers as to why every time you rip me off.

Appalling

I don’t know about writing this but here goes.

Tv last year failed to take back or repair after 2 months absolutely disgusting attitude from the manager at store.

Today 12/1/26 needed a new kettle online ( Argos website) states it’s in for collection.
We paid you took our money and disgraceful management again refused a refund,
Why are Argos the biggest lying fraudulent company I can never understand why you do this to customers.
So now I’ve to wait til after 5pm to collect

I’ve sent a message and wouldn’t mind the item for the charger for iPhones they are for android and there is a slight difference and am fuming as you sent the wrong one ( package states) iPhone and it’s not.

Delivery driver (mad seriously)

Wow if you driver who’s driving a new van drives like an idiot that over takes a car indicating right and nearly causes an accident what will you say?
Just now in East Yorkshire at 11.40 am.
I don’t usually say anything but appalling driving and nearly killed someone
I find myself writing this because of a call to you it wouldn’t get sorted.

Useless

We just before Christmas had a washing machine repair.
I did a on-line repair was accepted then it was changed now the repair was booked for the 29th December.
Less then 4 minutes later text would I like a repair done.
I replied yes.
Then later that day the text went off saying I will be there in 5 minutes you cannot do that 3 hours maximum you have to give.
The guy was there before I could boil the kettle.
I explained what was going wrong with the washing machine and he never took any notice
Now today it’s packed up and it’s like a Christmas tree all flashing lights.
Now what’s the point in explaining???
I thought that the spinning was taking too long.
Now I’ve tried to do a repair on line and this is a getting beyond the joke I’ve said if it’s not fixed by New Year’s Day am cancelling the whole appliance care.
So thank you for NOT repairing my faulty appliance

Brilliant

Great company to do business with.
Last week I wanted a new car as my was crawling to the scrap yard.
I applied and was accepted.
So one of there workers a Jordan Starkie was excellent from start to finish.
Jordan talked me through it all & had a laugh on the way,
Now Jordan has been fantastic and amazing a person you can get along with.
He has put all the issues I’ve had and got me a car that I wanted.
Great Jordan thank you for helping me.
I wish you all the best.

Nothing but issues from day one on how…

Nothing but issues from day one on how an engineer can say we ain’t repairing it to being useless.
So Thursday last week our washer was blowing its nuts with lights flashing and banging and when switched off nothing would open the door so I went on line to book a repair as the 23rd December date was ok as moved a few bits of work around to slot this in.
Today by surprise it’s been cancelled to the 29/12/25.
As I’ve got wet clothes in the washer and no washer what am I supposed to do as no explanation as to this company cancelled the appointment without a reason & still no reason when am on the phone.
I’ve told her today on the phone that the issue is that it’s broke and you should honour the date 23/12/25 & not 29/12/25.
If the 29/12/25 stands I will cancel all my appliances with you as of that date you cannot give a date and for no reason cancel it.
I await a response

Dangerous idiots

No wonder why you deliver damage goods.

Today upon my travels around Buckley area a clown driver from ao decided to put your van on 2 wheels on a roundabout only to break in front of a car & that he sneaked in the wrong llane to cut the car off.
Now if I had the reg he would have been passed to you however this was at 1.30/2pm time
Now you should know what clown is driving and if they are tracked look at the speed

Rugs????

Good Evening

I wonder if someone can help me,

A few days ago we purchased one of your large rugs from a store.
We have been looking for the receipt but cannot find it.
The issue is the brading?
Around the edge it’s coming away.
And although it’s only £20 unfortunately it’s not going to last.
Can someone help or let me know what I can do,

Failed to show with my delivery

When we placed an order ( 3 items) for my son’s birthday to be delivered on Saturday as quoted by yourselves at around 7pm was supposed to be delivered.
Unfortunately your driver didn’t deliver did he/she??
So thanks for not delivering my son’s birthday present & unfortunately I’ve had to go and buy something else for him.
I’ve now reported this to the company and as there is no delivery picture you have a problem.
Now I have a ring camera of which states at the time it was delivered unfortunately it wasn’t as I’ve proof of you want that.
So what are you going to do !!
I think you will do nothing

An useless Company

2 months ago I asked these for an item.
The woman said no problem but it is,
So a appointment was made and failed to show.
So a email was sent out for another appointment and failed to show..
So I rang all I got was an angry woman kept telling me to stop saying what I need? Why??
Now this has caused us an issue because a member of British Gas said a good will gesture will be off both accounts?
So nothing has been done ?
So yesterday same story different day.
Well I’ve spoken and made my feelings clear to ofgem.
As British Gas refuses to do anything I am.
So I don’t need a reply because I know my rights yet you just seem to sit behind a desk & do absolutely nothing about it.
I’ve been told you don’t have a complaints department &!you don’t give money in your bank either.
You find it funny but you sit wanting everyone’s money well you won’t mine much longer.
Am changing suppliers as had a better offer
So put that in a email and send to the boss

£2.55 can of coke in Tesco’s cafe????

St Stephen’s hull Tesco.

Today fancied a change good bargains ok wasn’t a lot but it was busy so anyway here goes.

In the cafe
Major upgrades so got these screens to tap to place your order.
Now tbh £6.40 for a black coffee & Americano BUT WHAT THE HELL IS TAX At £1.06 you cannot make it up can you.
Well Tesco’s have and won’t buy from the cafe anymore
The Americano was a white coffee no taste dull as tap water & black coffee that’s way to strong.
So left most of the coffees and went towards the tills.
Now a Tesco employee said that it’s a disgrace and disgusting the amount they are charging and she won’t buy anything from there.
Now going back to these machines that when you place an order how much do you think a can of coke is?????

£2.55 yes for one can.


So appalling amount spent in tesco and having to moan about prices but who pays £2.55 for a can certainly NOT ME .

Today went for some food.
People moaning queuing so we went to the self checkout and spent 10 minutes ordering our dinner to find out that it wasn’t working.
So as we walked out another young couple had seen someone slightly slip this store Burger King is a disgrace

Never go with British Gas

When I rang British Gas 3 months ago asking for 1 item you gave a date whilst we was on holiday that week.
So you gave me another date which was a Sunday that was a lie.
Then you sent my wife an email stating that we will be there!!!!
So I stopped in all day and you sent a email again saying that we cancelled it. NOPE remember that NOPE.
So in this email you stated that as a good will gesture £40 in or off the bill.
So I asked for it in the bank.
British Gas told me that the money would be in the account (all lies)..
So being mucked about I made a complaint on the 24/9/2025..
British Gas states all complaints are dealt with in 72 hours.
What lies
So I rang again am not having your staff shout down the phone at me.
So your complaints team have failed so am failing to pay my bills due to the fact that you have conned me asking for readings and you already had one a week previously.
So am going to ofgem and I will take it further about a useless business

Rubbish company

Can people at British Gas count?
Can someone tell me your 72 hrs
Can somebody tell me the reason since 24/09/2026
A complaint was made & that’s more than 72hrs.
Now as you have failed to understand the 72 hr rule as stated by your staff/website you talk rubbish.
Now this complaint has been made by me regarding the lack of knowledge that you don’t understand.
You’ve gave me dates you’ve been told I was away.
You gave me another date 26/10/26 Sunday,
Then two weeks ago you sent my wife an email stating that you was coming but waited in all day like chickens & you had the cheek to say we had cancelled it.
Absolutely not.
So I am going to give you an ultimatum.
You either fulfil the contract to supply us with both gas and electric and respond to my complaint and call me by Friday lunch time.
Or I will look for another energy company to replace you.
If you don’t but 12pm Friday I am taking this to ofgem
& don’t think I won’t
