So far so good as I remember from last time. Good choice and super speedy delivery. Postage a bit high. Not tried foods yet

All flavours are way too sweet

All flavours are way too sweet, I buy and eat cereal to enjoy the taste of bran and maybe a hint of fruit, all I can taste is sweet, it is awful, not a refreshing one at all.

I expected good food not off food!

First order I was expecting good quality food, I got mould on the cottage pie! Not appetizing at all, the Chicken King was okay though but the rice came out moulded to the tray, neither white or brown. It looked overcooked but only followed guidlines and it was barely warm! I was hoping for a good experience moving from Field Doctor which spices everything, I don't recall any basic english recipes! But at least I never got mould. They refunded the item and gave me a voucher but I am not happy, I won't be ordering from them again.

Convenient, great variety.

The only thing is I find the meals taste much the same, not much zing or tang. Not much spice, and flavour quite bland. I'd like some lime or lemon zest with chicken or salmon. However, I'd not tried the chilli bean until tonight, which had the bang and zap I was after! Keep em coming!!

Ziyaad super quick service

I have no hesitation to recommend EDF Customer Services, in particular Ziyaad, who dealt with a smart meter installation date which I couldn't attend so requested it to be done on another date. He was so helpful and quick responding, I can get a bit panicky sometimes but Ziyaad was super efficient arranging everything. Brilliant service, thank you.

Made very welcome as usual

Made very welcome as usual. Waited in waiting area for a mere 3 mins before seeing consultant. Collected new glasses but only when got home realised wrong prescription lens, had to call to get them exchanged. Said they would call me back and they did, it was the manager checking all follow ups had been done at end of day! Had to wait another 2 weeks for president prescription! Otherwise man was very apologetic and kind.

The staff were brilliant start to…

The staff were brilliant from start to finish. There was one confusion though, I'd arranged to view the car at Bolton at 10 am, only to be texted that the car will be ready at 13:30!

Terrible experience, garage should not be on your approved list!

When I was told the car had sold for £580 I was quite pleased. But when I drove it 20 miles to the garage they not picked a small dent in the bonnet! And took £110 off! It's 17 yo for goodness sake!
