Open Reach came to our neighbourhood to replace a telegraph pole. My service is with Virgin and I have fibre broadband that runs an overhead cable.

The Open reach engineers disconnected me without informing Virgin as they have to get a Virgin engineer out because they are not allowed to touch anyone else's equipment.

In disconnecting me they cut the optical cable, as in severed, also they took away the junction box which sits on the telegraph pole when all they needed to do was inform Virgin so it could be done properly. So I have to be without internet for 10 days before Virgin can find a replacement box and a team to come out and fix the issue.
People like this break Britain.

Hugely overpriced. Thai food was ok but at those prices you expect it to be exceptional and it was at most average. The service was non existent. Again for those prices you would expect gold plated service as it is automatically charged on the bill. The decor at the restaurant makes you feel you are in a padded cell. In all lots of show and no substance. Disappointed.
