The operative identified two problems…
The operative identified two problems with the feed to the cistern one of which he fixed but unfortunately did not have the correct fittings to finished the repair to the isolation valve. He was to phone head office to suggest that this shortcoming could be fixed with a further visit. I have heard nothing since and the cistern although now filling takes 3 minutes to fill due to the partial block in the isolation valve. I await further information from Homeserve. The operative sent was most efficient and helpful but shortcomings exist elswhere

Complete waste of time running round in…
Complete waste of time running round in circles. Still no email access despite doing all the things suggested.
Told the problem was sent higher up help ladder but have heard absolutely nothing. So, tried to contact Jos on given address and again ended up talking to a bot with absolutely no help and more circles. Changed my email password and it still came back as password incorrect
