Shopping today at store in King's Heath…

Shopping today at store in King's Heath Birmingham as I've done for many years, was served by a lovely lady, however she was having issues with her till and card payment unit, she tried for some time to get my card payment to go through but gave up after at least 6 attempts, gave me a receipt and sent me to customer services to pay what I owed, girl on customer services was very abrupt, telling me to join a long queue, I asked to see a manager, she shouted to a man on the other till who she said was the manager, he turned to me and said " join the queue " considering I was going out of my way to make a payment when I could easily have left the store with all my shopping for free was very annoying, I then said to the girl I don't want my shopping, she said just throw it in a shopping trolley which was at the side, both these staff members need customer training, I won't ever shop at Asda again

Please see previous review on 12/11/25, order arrived on the 13/11/2025 and had been later than expected due to a hold up at UPS, Blinds to Go called me and apologised, I'm extremely happy with my order and will definitely be using them again as I've done for some years for myself, family and friends

Used this company for many years

Used this company for many years, great product, fast service and delivery, however was due a delivery on 11/11/25 which still has not arrived, contacted UPS and Blinds to go and both are automated answering services, still no wiser to when they will arrive, what happened to a human being answering calls ( profit )

Anchor have requested more information…

Anchor have requested more information before they can confirm my review, I'm sick of talking to various people and departments within the organisation regarding this matter, I suggest you speak to your staff members and area manager who can confirm I am a tenant and my issue is genuine

Following on from my previous review

Following on from my previous review, I contacted customer relations who could not resolve the issue still, was told they would contact manager and area manager and get back to me, later that day they called and told me there definitely would be a contractor on site that day Friday 3rd October, guess what, no one showed up

Been waiting 7 days for a heating issue…

Been waiting 7 days for a heating issue which is affecting all properties to be rectified, totally unacceptable , considering it's a timer issue that can be sorted in 2 minutes, repair services definitely gone downhill in the 15 years I've been with Anchor

Selly park branch in Birmingham closes…

Selly park branch in Birmingham closes when it feels like it, don't always have enough stock and you have to go back again, notice on door saying closed today as we have no pharmacist, I'm having my prescription set somewhere else from now, service has been deterating for years

Finally joined as a member as was sick…

Finally joined as a member as was sick of totally irrelevant ads being constantly bombarded at me , that sorted now, but anything else you want to view like " who viewed you " or " who taps you " they want you to pay more , no chance, get lots of spam, suppose to show profiles close to you but not always the case, they can be hundreds of miles away, all in all not worth paying for
