Jack was absolutely brilliant to work with throughout the process of making my custom ring, he made a few creative suggestions and was extremely easy to communicate with and was quick to respond. Ring arrived bang on time for the occasion also! Will 100% be using again.

Jack was brilliant, helping me design and getting this special gift to me in time for Christmas. Great quality ring, great customer service. Thank you!

Loved my experience working with 19Rings. I was given a clear schedule of the works with a cost breakdown which was extremely useful. I was also lucky enough to have my jewellery hand delivered. The outcome of the pieces were so beautiful and I’m very impressed by the craftsmanship. Will be back for more soon!

I ended up designing a bespoke ring as a Christmas gift, Jack was extremely helpful and I had a wonderful time working with him

Jack made everything I asked for into a ring. Even designed the front of it from a few reference pictures.

Perfect customer service throughout the whole ordering, designing, crafting and shipping process.

This was my first experience ordering a customised item of jewellery and 19 rings made the whole experience so easy and seamless. They literally brought my idea to life. I’ll be back!

The attention to detail and customer experience I received was second to none. From the moment I messaged to the moment I received my ring I was constantly updated and given new suggestions and ideas - and asked about things I hadn’t even thought of! Such a special gift and I’m so excited to gift it - thank you so much 🤩
