I’ve now completed two apprenticeships with 1st for the EPA, finishing my second just a few weeks ago. My experience of the end point assessment was straightforward, thanks to the clear guidance materials that made the whole process smoother. The assessors are friendly and professional which helps to put you at ease in a situation that could otherwise be daunting.

The endpoint assessment process was smooth. My assessor put me at ease, enabling me to demonstrate my knowledge, skills and behaviours. Thanks to them I felt confident in giving my presentation and during the professional discussion.

I had a great experience with 1st for EPA while completing my digital marketing apprenticeship. The whole process was clearly structured and straight forward. They provided support throughout my EPA to make it a positive experience and I would recommend them to others.

I think the 1st for EPA toolkits and documents would’ve been a bit clearer, as there was a lot of information to take in from the documents.

1st for EPA recently conducted the assessment for my Level 4 Marketing Apprenticeship, and given the exam circumstances, the experience was smooth. Scheduling my assessments around my personal commitments, including work and family, was straightforward. A dashboard provided comprehensive details regarding the exam schedule and additional information, along with timely reminders of all upcoming assessments. The assessor, Helen, who facilitated the professional discussion and Q&A session, was exceptional. She created a comfortable and stress-free atmosphere, putting me completely at ease. I received my results within approximately 10 days.

Really happy with whole process and results. Achieved distinction.

I was doing my Marketing Manager apprenticeship in 2021-23 and was supposed to sit an End Point Assessment to complete the program - which happened with the 1st for EPA 08/01/24.

The entire process of the preparation to the EPA (Gateway etc.) and the session itself were managed by the 1st for EPA professionals in a friendly and professional manner, so the entire process from the Gateway docs submission to the actual assessment was very smooth and hassle free, I'm pretty impressed. Many thanks, well done, keep doing a great job!

1st For EPA were extremely helpful. They provided a helpful toolkit which details everything you should have and how you can prepare for each stage of your EPA. They also provided many helpful resources which I could use to help prepare me in advance. The Assessor who conducted my structured interview was very kind and reassuring. I would highly recommend! Honestly very good customer service, i was set up with a meeting with Becky from 1st for EPA to discuss our next steps with a EPA portal. This is the first direct experience i have had with an organisation like this and it was very pleasant. I was freely able to ask questions if necessary and overall the process was explained very clearly. I also appreciate being able to email a direct person and not just a general inbox. I am looking forward to working with this organisation in the future.

I found my experience with 1st for EPA brilliant, they had great and very fast communication, friendly, and overall a very positive experience. They made everything easy and clear for me and ensured that I had all the relevant updates and that I understood everything. Couldn't recommend enough.

Really easy experience from start to finish, my assessor was friendly and easy to talk to and made the process very simple and straight forward, which in turn, helped calm me down too. 1st for EPA provided me with all the useful resources to ensure I successfully passed the course.
They also provided me with a detailed assessment criteria which enabled me to see which objectives I'd achieved throughout the assessment period.
I was given beneficial feedback which I am now able to put into use at work and in my daily life.
