1st for EPA has been consistently professional, supportive and engaging right from the moment we joined them as our EPAO. The support from their staff is second to none, being extremely responsive, supportive and positive, as well as highly accommodating. I would particularly like to thank Beth for her quick and effective responses every time I send her something out of the blue. Fantastic service across the board!

1st for EPA were attentive and pleasant to deal with during my assessment period. I received replies quickly which was particularly helpful when experiencing technical issues during my final exam.

Assessors and invigilators also made me feel comfortable and were really accommodating.

I believe that 1st For EPA is the best EPAO. They always reply, almost instantly, to any query I have, no waiting for days! They have helped me when I have not quite done a booking correctly, have given me advice when required. The staff are very customer focused.

It's a great programme, with lots of resources to help students, in a manner that best suits your individual learning style. The advice and support from my tutor Terry was fantastic and he was always available to talk things through. It's hard doing a distance learning course to try and stay motivated and interested, but the level of support was fantastic and I always felt really encouraged in my work and progress.

Results were delivered within 2 weeks.

I found the processes for First for EPA were easy to follow and straightforward. The website was brilliant for providing helpful resources on the blog, with example questions, interview tips, preparation toolkits... this really helped me to prepare my notes as well as prepare myself emotionally for what to expect in each stage of the EPA. The interview was structured but relaxed, and the interviewer understood any nerves I had and ensured I felt comfortable in the situation. The synoptic project was also easy to follow, with the provision of the necessary information as well as guidance.

Overall the experience with First for EPA was positive, offering a relaxed but professional approach to learning and examinations, with plenty of patience and care.

1st for EPA did my assessment for my Level 3 Junior Content Producer apprenticeship. Adrian was very professional, yet kind and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

1st for EPA provided brilliant resources for my apprenticeship end point assessment. My overall experience was good with them and I got my Distinction Result! Notes for improvement I will say, my organisation name was spelt wrong on documents twice despite notification (and it being in my email address) and I was left in a small panic as my assessor was late to my exam having the wrong time noted. Like I say overall good but a few things to work on to provide a more professional service. Kindest Regards J. Hull

My personal experience with 1st EPA has been positive. I experienced and IT problem during my professional discussion and my assessor and the admin team were patient and supportive. During my professional discussion, the assessor was very professional, she repeated the questions patiently when I asked her for and was clear and kind all the way through it. The website is also helpful as it explains the whole process clearly.

During my end point assessment, my assessor from 1st for EPA was professional, clear and ensured I understood what was required of me. The end point assessment may seem daunting but Jessica, my assessor helped a lot by ensuring I remained calm and made sure I was completely ready before moving on questions or to the next section of my assessment.

The course was really insightful and I can tell how much it is going to help me with my career. My tutor Alan was very helpful and was always available whenever I needed help with anything.

I have had a great experience throughout my Marketing Apprenticeship and it has helped me develop my skills and knowledge in all areas of marketing which I know will help me significantly in my career. Great experience throughout completing the EPA.
