We Don't expect a response
We Don't expect a response. We are not a major distributor but we are a loyal one. If 4over creates a product we need 4 Over is the supplier we use. But earlier this year I priced an item marked it up and invoiced the client. During the process I went back to the site a few times and the price was always the same when you billed us our cost was much higher. I rechecked the cost on your website it showed the same price we were originally quoted. I made several attempts to have the cost corrected. I even sent a picture of the page. But in reality your customer service representative didn't care. And he certainly wasn't professional. He said I should refresh the page. There was nothing he could do. And then I realized that while we were loyal to 4over- your firm didn't care about our firm. We recently were approached by a company similar to 4 Over we are going to see if they are a better match. It is interesting. 4over sends out emails a few times a month encouraging distributors to use you and yet one person tells us that they don't care and you lose a longtime devoted customer

Every year i order fan cut outsand every year they mess them up and have to reprint. Which delays delivery and upsets me and my customers! Before the website was upgraded there was no issue. I have spoken to many people about this and once again no action, same issue! Very frustrating!

Day 16 of an order of 10,000 Env.s and still not shipped
I'm on day 16 of an order of 10,000 #10 envelopes that still have not shipped. After 3 days of following up I'm told that they will ship in 5 more days. Their turnaround for production is supposed to be 5 days. Hey they are great for business cards, but don't trust them with any big, serious jobs. Then in their response, they had the nerve to tell me that they appreciated my business.
