Quality and CSR are great.
Hi, we've been a customer for many years and 99% of the products they make for us have been perfect and if not, they redo without fuss or if it is our fault they usually give a discount for a reorder. VERY helpful. and Leonor A. has been especially helpful in the customer service dept.

Contradicting Customer Support
I was told by customer support that my client could pick up the order at the Glendale location. This is close to where he lives, and this is why we had the order set up this way. However, this morning I was told there is NO WAY that's possible, and that I'm the ONLY ONE that could pick it up physically. I do not live close to Glendale. What if I were a larger distributor? What if I needed to send an assistant to pick it up because I didn't have time? I submitted multiple support tickets to request that his name be identified as the pickup recipient, and never received any confirmation or update on that request. I will be strongly unlikely to recommend this service to anyone else without a resolution to this.

Canvas templates sizes are completely wrong and not fix them since 3 month ago when I reported.
Simple Orders must of the time arrive late.
