Great company & great service.

Good customer service, good turnaround times and good prices!

Donald has been exceptional and key in helping me and keeping my business with 4Over. He has repeatedly went out of his way to keep me as a customer. I was getting frustrated when I was told they could not print my job after that had done so in the past, and Don stepped up to make sure that things were set straight and we could continue to do business! 2 thumbs up to him and the staff that prints the jobs.

4Over has consistently produced the top-level products for my clients and has been a great partner for my business. And during a recent printing error, 4Over took my concerns seriously, investigated it, and they delivered, as they always and consistently do. I want to give a huge shout-out to Lenor Acosta in 4Over's customer service department for her patience, understanding, and due diligence.

Great quality and always on time. I can always trust that 4Over will do an excellent job on the print work and display items for my customers.

4over is easy to use, has the largest selection of items to print and always delivers. I went to visit their location about a month ago and was highly impressed by the type of equipment, and the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. I will use them for a long time.

It’s clear that 4over has worked diligently in making the process as simple and efficient as possible. The quality of the products is always top notch. I, along with my customers, have been very pleased.

I received an email from 4over telling me that they printed the business card order I had sent but they were not happy with the quality, so they were reprinting it. They reassured me that it was nothing I did wrong, just their own quality control. Received the cards very quickly after that.

The stringent quantities are ridiculous. There is NO reason a quantity of 1500 postcards or 2000, are not available. Many other items have crazy strict quantities compared to other printers.

There is never anyone to talk to at 4 Over. With smaller printers you can talk to the production dept. and get problems fixed faster.
The 4 Over Customer Portal where you can type in questions is useless.
The only thing good about 4 Over is the pricing.

Jobs always arrive in a timely manner.

Too many issues with orders and customer service is worse. Never get answers when issues.

In the past few weeks, several orders have been delayed, and it has been difficult to receive timely answers or updates from the facility. As an agent, we are directly dealing with our customers, and they rely on us to provide accurate and timely information regarding their orders. We would greatly appreciate your prompt response and better communication so that we can keep our customers properly informed

Variety of products is great. Pricing is reasonable. Ease of use on the website. However, lately, half of my orders have been shipping late.

Very fast turnaround, and excellent customer service!
