Home theater seating
Ordered 6 home theater seats. They arrived 11 days later on 2 pallets. The delivery person was great and helped put them in the garage for staging. Everything was packed well and the seats arrived in perfect condition. I recently had a small issue with one of the seats and their customer service has been amazing to help resolve the issue. Would definitely recommend!
Best Customer Service!
I purchased 4 theater seats years ago and they still look and work as new even with three kids and constant use. My child jammed a table into a mount and it got stuck dude to some metal shaving but ordering a part replacement and installing it was a breeze. If customer service makes small slips with shipping they quickly take care of you as a customer.

4 Seating’s standard of service is commendable. I add m d sad packing to their standard of service when it comes to customer care. From my initial point of contact I was transferred to parts immediately. Manny listened went right to my account and resolved the issue immediately. It was less than 5 minutes. This was the day after New Years which was a plus bring it was Friday January 2, 2026.

Excellent home theater seating
Excellent home theater seating. I ordered the Seatcraft Anthem Black Leather 7000 series and absolutely love both the loveseat and sofa. The service is also exceptional. I experienced an issue with my dog tearing up the leather on the center console lid - and 4Seating replaced the lid at no charge (other than shipping). Extremely happy and will be ordering again.

We received our order of eight chairs on time and in excellent condition. This was our second purchase from 4seating.com, the first was 15 years ago and once again, we have been extremely satisfied. The quality and comfort of the chairs is impeccable.
A small issue arose about three months later, and Manny from customer service resolved it immediately. Kudos to Manny and the entire customer service team at 4seating.com!
I bought three theatre seats back in…
I bought three theatre seats back in 2023 and that experience was perfect. The salesperson , the delivery and the quality of the furniture was all top notch. The other, one of my remotes stopped working properly and I called 4Seating. Manuel Gonzalez helped me through diagnosing the problem and then ordered the correct part for me. He was extremely professional, trustworthy and very helpful! It is people like Manuel that give customers a great sense of satisfaction. I will recommend 4Seating to any one I know in the market for their products.
I am a returning customer to 4seating
I am a returning customer to 4seating. We bought 5 media chairs in 2004 (21 years ago!) and they still look great. However, the chairs are manual recline and we wanted to upgrade to a power recline with a power headrest. Joseph answered all of our questions and helped us select the right fit for our media room. I did my research and decided to stay with 4seating due to their wide selection and excellent customer service. See you in another 21 years!

I purchased six theater seats from 4seating.com in January 2025 and recently encountered an issue with the headrest on one of the chairs. Fortunately, I had an extended warranty, so I contacted their customer support line and was connected with Manuel Gonzalez, Customer Service Representative.
Manuel was extremely pleasant and helpful throughout the process. He asked clear questions to diagnose the issue and guided me step-by-step. He followed up with an email outlining the process and instructions for troubleshooting. After exchanging emails, the resolution was quick: a new control board was shipped to me along with detailed installation instructions.
Overall, this was a very positive experience. Manuel’s professionalism and the company’s efficient service exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Manuel Gonzalez and 4seating.com to anyone looking for quality theater seating and excellent customer support.

Outstanding predelivery customer service and after delivery service
I had to call the company about adding white glove service on a theater seating sofa order, and Manny was super nice and helpful. He checked all my details and explained how the delivery. He's a great representative for the company. Plus, the customer service was so easy to reach, no waiting on hold forever, pressing a bunch of buttons!
I recently had to call after delivery and spoke with Megan who was super helpful with a technical issue with my new chairs. After an excellent experience purchasing and receiving our theater seating 4 years ago, I reached out to Megan at 4Seating to see if I could order some replacement armrests after an unfortunate cat incident. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience from beginning to end. I called in to place my order and Joseph went above and beyond to answer all of my questions being that I was ordering these theater seats sight unseen. I received my ordered in great time and their white glove delivery was on time and very professional.
Follow up to first review
As a follow up to my original review, I want to give a big thanks to Manny for his great customer service. When we got to the showroom, Manny showed us all our options and then let us explore, try and relax in as many chairs as we liked without hovering or pressuring us. The zero gravity chairs were amazing and Manny answered all our questions and made sure to follow up with us on our purchase.

I bought a single recliner that needed to be returned. The quality was excellent and it worked great. All the features worked wonderfully. I thought it was zero gravity but it wasn't. That was my fault. Megan in customer service was professional, responsive, and she was well-versed about their products. Megan processed the return quickly and kept me informed. It was a true no hassle return. I ordered the Apex as a replacement. I was impressed with the quality of the leather and the moving parts.
Great Customer Service
We’ve had our power recline movie theater seats for about 8 months and really love them. Last night one of them quit working (power was twitchy). We quickly determined it was the power adapter/cord to the chair. Called customer service (Megan) this morning and she quickly got one ordered and on the way to me.
You always worry about service after buying something like this online, but it was an easy and painless call.
