Had 7 cinema seats delivered. One didn’t work. After a quick chat with Meghan and a You Tube video found the Din plug was disconnected. Easy fix 😂😂

Ordered a row of Diamonte zero g seats to upgrade my home theater. Love them! Had an issue with a rivet in the mechanism that broke, took some pictures and sent it in. I was outside of warranty but Megan in CS was wonderful, they approved a replacement bottom of the seat to be sent out to me. Well done and thanks for taking care of me!

The theater seats look great and are comfy. Dealing with Manny was easy and I'm confident I made a smart purchase. Thank-you Manny!

So far I can only say something about the customer service (on the phone) which was top tier with Manuel Gonzalez. As well as with Joseph whom I'm assuming is a sales guy through texting. I can't wait to get my new furniture, this company so far has went above and beyond so I feel the furniture is going to be just as great 😃

I've had my couch for a little over a month and one of the backrests had a problem. 4S sent videos on how to check problem. Everyone that I dealt with was really helpful. The new backrest is being replaced at no charge to me.
Love the comfort of the couch and the staff 4S has standing behind their product.

I purchased six Diamante Home Theater Seats a year ago. I love the seats and the support is fantastic. I had two of the power headrests stop working. When I contacted 4seating, they were very responsive, provided troubleshooting videos, and quickly provided the needed parts. Highly recommend.

I recently purchased two Seat craft Theater Recliners, They are very nice and comfortable. I then purchased the tablet and phone holder accessory, what I received and what i ordered were two different things in my opinion. I called 4Seating and spoke with Megan, she was nothing less than fantastic! She listened to what I had to say, then she looked into it and came up with options to resolve my issue in a matter of minutes. I Can't say enough about the customer service I received. I am looking forward to adding more matching furniture in the future.

I have been enjoying my Excalibur SeatCraft seats for well over 10 years now. Unfortunately one of my lighted cup holders stopped working.

I was able to find replacements at 4Seating but ran into a small issue and received the incorrect SKU.

However, thanks to 4Seatings excellent customer service that took care of my issue very quickly and helped me get the correct parts.

After a year, we still LOVE the chairs. Had an issue with the switches for recline but Megan in customer service immediately sent out new ones and took amazing care of us. This is the second time buying from 4seating, and won’t be the last!

Ordered 8 leather chairs, were not leather as advertised. They are cracking a deteriorating so badly we will have to dispose of them. Customer service does not respond by email and they have a long history of bad reviews. I should have done more research. DO NOT BUY!
