Dean delivered the bike back to me all good! However the experience with 4D hasn't been great.

The bike was estimated for repair completion for April 7th (from a start date of early February). That then overshot to the 7th May. I booked a day off work for the 7th, as I had a tracking link and told to expect it that date.

However, something or someone further damaged my bike at the preparation stage, which then needed another repair. I've finally got it on the 2nd of June, and it looks to be in good condition. But the additional delays have not been great and left me out of pocket.

I was also told by my insurer that the claim was setup incorrectly, placing me at fault for the RTC!!! Whether this was 4D that did this was unclear, but they were the only ones I spoke to on the phone detailing the incident. This has caused additional delays and made the 3rd party believe they were not at fault, when this was not the case.

Anyhow, I've got the bike now and they've done a good job on it from what I can see.

Dean dropped off my hire bike and picked up my bike for repair. He was fantastic. Friendly and polite and thorough. Turned up nice and early and the exchange was done quickly. Great service! Very happy.

Dean and his trainer driver Indi arrived as expected, they were very thorough, quick, supportive, informative. Dean supported his Indi really well, he was expert at training Indi. I feel comfortable that bike is in good hands.

The driver Richard picked my motorcycle up and delivered a motorcycle to use while mine was getting assessed for accident damage, unfortunately the loan bike was not suitable for my riding position loved the bike though but had to refuse it, Wasn’t really bothered about the loan bike though so no problems there excellent service and also Telephone service was great

Excellent service from start to finish. Bike was actually better than described. Delivered within the given timeframe. Delivery driver Dean was super courteous, helpful and kept me informed about the delivery. I've bought a couple of bikes from these guys and will no doubt do so again. I can't recommend them highly enough. A+++

4th dimension handled my bike collection, evaluation and delivery. Staff have been excellent, lots of communication through email or phone calls to keep me updated. All the delivery guys have been amazing, all on time with a call 30 mins before. They've all handled my bike with care and attention. Dean has just delivered it back to me, he was polite and provided great communication throughout.

Irina Radu Was the contact to whom I spoke, she was patient professional and polite. Irina really made what is a stressful situation bearable and displayed a genuine understanding and empathy. Thank you very much Irina.

What a great company I have dealt with Motormine over the past few years and they are consistent and excellent in customer service, on a number of occasions I have dealt with Kelly regarding invoice payments and deliveries, she has been super efficient and always polite and happy to help!
