The lady was calm, helpful and very professional, explained clearly, and very efficient. A good experiance.

I got rear ended. 4th Dimension took my bike to be repaired. All communication was great until the end when they returned the bike.
Firstly they took my back wheel off to replace my chain guard. This left an air blockage in my back break. When returning the bike they gave it back with no back break. I had to cover this out of my own pocket to get an MOT. They are now refusing to pay me back for this. saying they didn’t touch my breaks.
Secondly they took my switch gear apart and broke it. When I questioned it they said they hadn’t taken it apart. Well why is it broken? Yet again I’m out of pocket as I now have to replace this.
They take no responsibility for their actions and are very slow at replying.
I will never ever use or trust this company.
Stay clear!!

4th Dimension have been very professional, helpful, and up to date with information about my claim from start to finish.
Names of Staff that come to mind are Miguel, Michael and Robert and a few more. Even both delivery drivers were nice and helpful!
My replacement bike was very nice and in great condition!

Dean delivered the bike back to me all good! However the experience with 4D hasn't been great.

The bike was estimated for repair completion for April 7th (from a start date of early February). That then overshot to the 7th May. I booked a day off work for the 7th, as I had a tracking link and told to expect it that date.

However, something or someone further damaged my bike at the preparation stage, which then needed another repair. I've finally got it on the 2nd of June, and it looks to be in good condition. But the additional delays have not been great and left me out of pocket.

I was also told by my insurer that the claim was setup incorrectly, placing me at fault for the RTC!!! Whether this was 4D that did this was unclear, but they were the only ones I spoke to on the phone detailing the incident. This has caused additional delays and made the 3rd party believe they were not at fault, when this was not the case.

Anyhow, I've got the bike now and they've done a good job on it from what I can see.
