Sorted it all out in less than 10 mins. He was a credit to them and made the process so straight forward. Wish id spoke to.him originally...exceptional customer service

The employee was very patient and helpful, and my problem was resolved.
One remark though, not about the employee but the setup of the call center. I could hear his colleagues very loudly in the background and the sound quality wasn't great, so you might want to improve on that.

Avoid at all costs
The worst customer experience I have ever had. Called up to cancel Wi-Fi as they did not provide the service at my new address and was told this was no problem. Months and many phone calls later and my problem has only now been resolved. I have had people inform me that it has my wifi has been cancelled then nothing, I check my account and they are still trying to bill me. Don't be fooled by lovely customer service promising things that never happen.

Absolutely horrific experience with 4th Utility. Avoid this company at all costs.
I was explicitly told my 24-month contract would be cancelled free of charge because they were unable to provide service at my new address. Sounds simple enough â except they never actually processed the cancellation and never sent any confirmation despite repeatedly promising they would.
Over the last 3 months, I have phoned them 6 or 7 separate times, spent HOURS sitting on hold, been passed around different agents, and every single time I was told: âYouâll receive an email confirmation shortly.â Guess what? It never arrived. Not once.
The communication is non-existent, customer service is completely incompetent, and nobody seems capable of following through on even the most basic request. To make things even worse, after dragging this out for months due entirely to their own failures, they then had the audacity to try charging me.
This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences Iâve ever had. Endless wasted time, broken promises, zero accountability, and shocking treatment of customers.

Had issues in finding an internet provider as live on the outskirts. 4th utility offered amazing internet speeds which is needed for a family at a great value. The call centre provided quick efficient support on the phone, with no issues. Would definitely recommend & already had other family members join since!

The speeds are fake
The speeds are fake - watch as they slither about trying to say that you can't expect what they promised. Currently three days without internet - no response to 3 complaints. Speeds were still never achieved with hard wiring . They never responded after that. They failed on every front. They are the worst internet provider. They are fakes. They are cheats. They are liars, and they rip the people off. Awful awful awful avoid they are the worst. Desperate to leave this contract

Terrible cancellation process
Internet could be unreliable at times with short drops in connection resulting in disconnects from online games. But the main reason for the one star review is that I had signed up for the 30 day rolling contract as I knew I would be leaving that address in a few months, expecting cancellation to be simple. When I went to cancel, I was directed to an online form which I filled out multiple times to cancel the service, I did not receive any communication back from filling out this from for over 2 weeks so cancelled my direct debit. Now they are looking for overdue bills for 3 months after my contract should have been over. Avoid at all costs.

Made it based on price but guess you get what you pay for.
its been a catalogue of problems from day 1 , different messages from the different people I spoke to. I have had to make 3 calls regarding returning the additional router they send out, as I have had no email but two text messages telling me to return or I will be hit with charges.
