If I could give lower I would absolutely shambles people you should avoid. Fantastic pre sales called me immediate gave me an amazing package promised me all sorts them I signed up and after this Callum the guy who promised me day 1 was plug and play goes missing when there is a query as itâs not plug and play I need an appointment. I canât change the appointment so I call on hold for 20mins on hold for 30 mins promised it would be sorted and is not. I email Callum and he goes missing what a surprise. Cancelled now anyway and disgusted with this company

What made my experience great can be answered in two words STEVE RALPh! I didn't tell him I am blind but he took a relaxed approach to taking my order on the phone. I usually feel rushed and like I need to let the customer adviser get onto the next person so they can wrack up the commission. STEVe, made me feel relaxed and valued making sure I got the plan I wanted and was incredibly patient without asking him to be while I retrieved my details to setup the Direct Debit. He also assured me moving over would be easy with my own router and there would be support available if I needed it from technical on my go live date - this is night and day with my current provider (Vodafone) who refused to offer any troubleshooting what-so-ever unless I used their piece of equipment.
All of this before 0830hrs when he was officially supposed to start. I hope my experience of 4th Utility continues the way it's started.

Do better 4th utility
This is my second review on Trustpilot about this awful company. At this point, it feels like harassment. I had issues with 4th utility when my services went down due to rats chewing through the cables in the high rise block I live in.
4th utility kept fobbing me off saying that the council had to deal with the problem, and promised I wouldn't have to pay for the services I didn't receive.
Fast forward two months now and I have left them after so many phone calls and complaints to their email and they said they'd waive any payments "I owe" due to leaving them. They emailed me a few weeks ago saying "I still owe" them an overdue payment, even though this had apparently been waived. I called about this AGAIN and they apologised and and said they had updated this for me... Yet still, I am receiving emails saying I am still in debt with them and they're threatening to take it to debt collectors.
