We are sorry to read about your experience regarding the house move, the replacement service not working, the lack of resolution after multiple contacts, and the continued billing and payment notifications following the cancellation request. We appreciate how frustrating this must be, particularly after following the advice provided and repeatedly being reassured the matter would be resolved.
We understand you have already contacted us multiple times and apologise for requesting further information again. Please respond to the email you will receive from Trustpilot so we can investigate this personally and review the service issues, cancellation handling and account charges as quickly as possible.

We are sorry to read about the ongoing service outage, the previous DNS issues and the difficulties you have experienced getting clear information regarding the engineer appointment. We appreciate how frustrating this must be after being without service for over 24 hours and having to make repeated contact with customer services.

As this issue is still ongoing, please respond to the email you will receive from Trustpilot requesting further details so we can investigate this personally and review both the fault handling and communication around the appointment as quickly as possible.
