4th Utility Internet dropouts
After 3 weeks of broadband drop outs, Sky not working and Sonos not working and after a couple of calls to 4th Utility previously.....today I had the pleasure of dealing with Aneeq. 7 minutes later everything working perfectly. Thank you Aneeq!!!

Absolutely dreadful
Absolutely dreadful. I've had no internet for over a month because they seem unable to organise Openreach to send out an engineer with a ladder. 3 engineer visits. Initial survey, indoor specialist, outdoor specialist and now waiting on the ladder specialist. Pointless calling them. You wait for ages eventually speak to some chump that has no clue. Definitely one to avoid

I spoke to Kane, who is a delight, what great customer service. Even though I rang up a year early (my mistake) he was lovely to talk to. Would give a 6 if you went up to 6.

I came back from my trip and could not get my Internet back. I sent an email and within no time Chris Thorpe called me up to check and helped me to restore my Internet connection. Service was prompt, efficient and Chris was very helpful. Many thanks. Dr. Rajshree

GOOD COMMUNICATION AND INSTALLATION
Communication was very good updated frequently on installation date. City fibre installation done professionally no mess equipment fitted were requested polite and clearly informed about the installation process checked wi fi working correctly before leaving.
Very happy with yhe whole process from start to finish.

Smooth sign up
The sign up is extremely smooth so I hope this is a sign that the company will be easy to deal with later down the line. The website is very clear and you can self serve switching in minutes, although I had an issue with the available installation dates so I ended up speaking to a Sales Adviser called Kay who was also efficient and helpful.

Spoke with Kay today. Very straight forward on all details. No jargon...Installation in just a couple of days.
Lets see now how great the broadband service is...you get a 14 day cool off period anyway no termination charges if before that date ...so time to try them.Been a VM customer for years before this.Speed and price here is better.
