We hired a car in Funchal in the cheapest category. We got a Fiat Tipo cross with 46k km. Bert friendly and helpfull People. We enjoyed the 3 dat hired and Will recommend thema for future tourists in Funchal. Thank you guys for your good work.

Als wir für 2 Tage einen Wagen in der Autovermietung am Hafen gemietet haben war der Service nett.

Dass die Rückbank beim Abholen des Wagens schmutzig war, wurde von uns angemerkt, aber problemlos toleriert. Das Auto wurde nicht sauber übergeben. Das ist im Übergabeprotokoll dokumentiert.

Als wir den Wagen dann 3 h früher zurückgebracht haben, wurden von uns 36,60 € für die Reinigung schmutziger Fußmatten verlangt. Mehr als der Mietpreis für einen Tag!

Bei Regen in Funchal war der Mietwagen nass geworden und beim Einsteigen Schmutz auf die Fußmatte gekommen.

Als wir diese selbst reinigen wollten, wir hätten dazu ja noch 3 h Zeit gehabt, wurde verlangt, dass wir dann das Auto innen und außen komplett reinigen müssten um die Reinigungsgebühr von 36,60 € erlassen zu bekommen.
Eine Möglichkeit zur Reinigung der Fussmatten vor Ort wurde uns verweigert. Außerdem das Auto verriegelt um uns die Möglichkeit zur Dokumentation zu nehmen.

Das schriftliche Übergabeprotokoll wurde erst nach mehrfacher Aufforderung übergeben.

Das ist ein sehr ungewöhnliches Verhalten für eine Autovermietung.
Für ein insgesamt sauberes Auto mit verschmutzten Fussmatten habe ich noch nirgends auf der Welt eine komplette Reinigung des Mietwagens zahlen müssen.
Insbesondere wenn der Wagen vorher nicht sauber übergeben worden ist.

Als Kunde fühlt man sich da der Willkür eines kleinen Mannes ausgesetzt. Der unangenehme Ton des Gesprächs ging von dem kleinen Mitarbeiter mit tätowiertem Kopf aus.

Der Kommentar der Firma ist durch nichts belegt und unrichtig!

Das scheint offenbar ein Geschäftsmodell zu sein.

Best rental company in Madeira.

The staff picked us up and dropped us off at the airport on time. They were super friendly and even gave us some recommendations of places and hikes to go on the island.

They made a small insurance deposit of 100€ and gave it back to us in no time when we left the car at the location.

I highly recommend this company.

The staff at Marina Shopping are very friendly and helpful. The cars are reasonably modern and reliable, and the cost is very competitive. I feel confident in booking with 7M each time I need a car.

Gregory and Rodrigo could not have been more helpful with the process. Car was fantastic and reasonably priced including full insurance with no upfront hold on card except for fuel.
When we returned the car they insisted on driving us to our hotel with our luggage .Rodrigo brought us to our Hotel.
We will definitely rent again from this 7m office in Funchal when we next return.

Excelente experiencia, proceso de recogida y llevada al aeropuerto bastante fluida, serviciales y buen trato. El coche en perfectas condiciones. Repetiría.

I rented a small EV to tour the island. The car was fine and fun to drive. I recharged the car to about 80% with the card supplied by 7M, planning to fully charge in Funchal to avoid additional fees. I tried a number of recharging stations but for some reason the 7M card no longer worked and I was unable to use a credit card. I returned the car not fully charged, explained the situation, and 7M quickly agreed to waive their costs to recharge the vehicle. Based on this very good example of customer service I will, without hesitation, rent from 7M again but it will be a conventional gasoline or diesel vehicle!

The price, the waiting time, the car—everything was fine. I've used rental cars before and know how to take care of them. The additional final cleaning fee was even more surprising, around 30 euros. It doesn't seem like much, but it left a not pleasure expirience.

I have seen mixed reviews and been a bit sceptic about deposit via card. We had a Fiat 500X automatic which was a delight through narrow and mountain roads and it took us everywhere we wanted with no issues. On reruns the gentleman was very polite everything went smoothly and our DEPOSIT was credited instantly on return with a receipt in hand. Great and I do recommend

Simple, straighr forward and the team was amazing!

I didn't like car because it didn't work well and I leaved it at refuel station at the last day. Company rescued me and my family by taxi to go back home.
Personnel was king and they gave us all necessary information about our rental.
Price of insurance is cheap and recommended.
