Two brokers, Ankush Rathore and Sandeep, were completely unprofessional and unreliable. After taking their commission, they provided no assistance. They had committed to cleaning the house along with some other small works before I moved in, but after receiving the payment, they failed to do so and did not even inform me that they wouldn’t be able to fulfill their promise. Despite multiple calls and messages, there was no response. I would strongly advise anyone looking to rent in the Chhatarpur area to be cautious when dealing with them. They make big promises but fail to deliver.

Don’t trust relax plan or any paid service. They don’t have any single property by owner in prime locations. Even though they promise 100 properties while contacting you. Fraud people

I purchased a membership worth ₹1300 expecting proper service and support, but unfortunately, I have not received any meaningful assistance. There has been no response from the team despite multiple attempts to contact them. This is very disappointing and feels like a waste of money. I would not recommend this service to others unless they improve their customer support and deliver what they promise.

Housing.com is a big scammers right now in the market, they sale you a package worth 2k and promise to get non brokerage property, in real there is nothing such and you will waste your money, bloody fraudsters.

I took paid account based on housing.com team feedback that their sales agent will show 75 direct property from owner. This is complete scam run by sales team once you pay them they never contact you.
For selling they will show you good property pictures but actually when you call owner they said not available OR recently rented out.
Now if property already rented out then why you show those property on website? Just to get new customer on board by showing wrong infomation. I am going to file chargeback on my credit card for this fraud

Very Bad experience
Before paying for premium they will show various properties but once premium is paid, they won't provide the service and also won't refund the money back.
Also the listing shared in the platform are all FRAUD AND FAKE, there is no property available in the mentioned place like that at all.

They also won't provide any solution but will rather just say - pls wait, property will be available. It waste of time and effort.

If I could, I would give negative review for this, I don't understand why still this platform is even working. It should be banned for the fraud and scamming its been doing.

Worst experience. After four days after paying amount against Premium plus package, there us no activation, no single reply, contact from them. Till payment they kept calling continuesly! Now i am sending messages... Very shocking, adter payment nothing is hand. Verius services under package are far away as they forgot once got trapped.

They just force you to tk dere plan n den dey appoint a RM which never responds n dey dont hv any owner prop listed ...all prop which u check are already sold ...dont tk dere plan n waste ur money...dey dont respond even ...

It's a bogus service. Unprofessional and completely focused on selling subscription. Once subscribed they forget the customer.

I purchased the "Assist" package, and the assigned relationship manager is very poor. I have to tell him ten times to get small things done. She also used my booster without my knowledge. It has been almost five days, and I haven't seen a single lead for the rental property, even though I received a fair response from 99acre with their free packages. It's better to go with other apps since buying packages from this app is a waste of money.

I subscribed to Housing.com’s premium plan for 60 days, but within just 8 days I realized the service was not satisfactory. The promised features were not delivered, and when I requested a refund, only half of my money was returned. This was very disappointing as I did not receive the full value of what I paid for. I hope Housing.com improves its customer support and refund policies to ensure fair treatment of customers.

I had a very disappointing experience with Housing.com’s paid subscription service.

After taking the plan, I expected professional and proactive support. Instead, I faced continuous service issues for nearly a month. My Relationship Manager kept sharing the same few properties repeatedly, even after I clearly communicated multiple times that I was not interested in those listings. There was no effort to understand my requirements or provide fresh options.

What was even more shocking was the behavior of Executive Divyansh Negi, who blocked my number instead of resolving my concerns. Blocking a paying customer is completely unacceptable and reflects extremely poor professionalism.

I paid for dedicated assistance, not to repeatedly follow up, receive duplicate listings, and be ignored. The lack of accountability and coordination within the team made the entire house-hunting process stressful and frustrating.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to carefully consider before opting for their paid services.

They just ate my subscription money and there is no one who you can talk to after paying huge amount. They are total scam kind of guys . They just shared me 4 or 5 recommendation and then no one is ready to receive my call

🚨 HOUSING.COM – MISLEADING, UNPROFESSIONAL & A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY 🚨

HOUSING.COM is actively fooling real estate professionals by falsely promising “genuine buyer leads” in exchange for expensive premium listing packages. I took their paid premium service for 3 months, and the reality was shocking.

In the entire period, I received only 29 enquiries. Out of these:

A few were other real estate brokers

Most were fake, irrelevant, or non-responsive enquiries

Not a single quality, serious buyer lead

There is ZERO accountability and ZERO support from the HOUSING.COM team. Every time we complained about fake leads, instead of fixing the issue, they would suddenly push more low-quality or fake enquiries just to show numbers and silence the complaint.

After the listing period expired, HOUSING.COM REFUSED TO SHARE COMPLETE LEAD DATA, even though full payment was already made. This clearly shows a lack of transparency and unethical business practices.

Now, instead of resolving past failures, HOUSING.COM is shamelessly pushing us to buy a NEW listing, without addressing the loss already caused.

❌ This is nothing but a money-making trap for real estate brokers.
❌ False commitments, fake enquiries, and no responsibility.

Stop wasting your hard-earned money on HOUSING.COM premium listings. The service is misleading, the leads are fake, and the support is useless.

At the time of taking the service, it was promised that my advertisement would appear at the top. However, my ad has not received even a single viewer, which is completely different from what was assured. Additionally, when I contacted sales person MR.LAXMAN , the response was unprofessional, speaking rudely and not helpful. This experience feels misleading and unacceptable

Frankly giving 1 star as there is no zero star option. The experience is that bad. We opted for money back guarantee plan thinking it will actually return us our money if the plan and efforts didn't work in our favor. But that plan was designed as money back for housing.com and not the customer buying it.
Their services from day 1 were false promises and shabby. We realized it after we personally called them to check if somework was being done by Housing.com or not as there was RADIO SILENCE from them. Didn't find one genuine person working for the cause of our property and always we need to contact them but never received a single call from housing.com folks regarding the status or suggestions regarding the listing. They are total unprofessional working in it and bunch of fraudsters trying to lure money from you. Use their website for free listing but never take any paid services. So keeping Housing.com out of picture is a peaceful decision for you from their scam and from their pestering callers asking you to take their services.

They people are fraud. They take money and then there is no any service provided by him. They are scammers.....never give any single penny to them....
