Second time round. Excellent service and dispatch. Logistics ironed out. Podium first class

Avoid at all cost!

Fail to communicate and frequent lack of communication and follow-up. Continue to miss deadline.

Order placed on the 13/08/2023 and still not arrived.

I’ve contacted this vendor 4 times since ordering for and update on my Podium order with no reply. I can see there are a number of reviews claiming to have similar experiences.

The products orders are good quality what frustrating is the very poor communication from A-List Nutrition. Once this order is fulfilled or refunded I won’t be ordering again. And if anyone is thinking about utilising the preorder function - DONT!!!

The wait continues.

Wouldn’t use them ever again. I am still waiting on my order for podium protein, while the other half of my order they said they had to cancel. The cheek to offer me vouchers for this half when the other half hasn’t even arrived. What an earth would give them the idea I’d wish to use them ever again. Poor customer service from start to finish.

This is based on the time it’s taken to arrive. Ordered at the end of August, to receive end of September. Although paid for next day delivery.

A lot of problems with a pre-order from June, communication does need to improve moving forward. I have spoken to James (the owner) and I do think lessons have been learnt, A-List have now made things right for me and removing the pre-order option should help customers in the future, clearly imports from the USA are very challenging. Speaking to James yesterday via telephone I am satisfied things will improve and for this reason I will use A-List again in the future.

Never buy from this company! They don't stock the items then move the delivery dates multiple times..

Then when you ask for your money back they say 30days refund even though 5 months they have had your money. Then after 60days the money still hasn't come and they stop replying to emails so I have contacted my bank.

Avoid at all costs.

CORE Nutritionals in the UK

Great to be able to source CORE in the UK without having to ship from the US. They dispatched the product quickly and communication was friendly. I only wish the range would also include GREENS & OMEGA so I could have a one-stop shop :)

SCAM!!

I ordered last year two BPN-products. One of the products they didn't have in stock. They offered to refund me or sent me a similar product. I choose the refund. I didn't get a reply since. It has been more than 8 months and many sent emails from me and still no reply.

Pre ordered some Podium protein at the end of June. I wasn't expecting a quick delivery as it was a pre order but it's now September...
I've had no reliable communication either and have had to chase for updates each time despite their policy on their website stating that they would update weekly on the progress of pre-orders. Utter joke now.

I don't normally leave bad reviews but it's hard to find anything positive about my experience.

Awful communication, have been waiting on a refund for the Podium "pre-order" which has been about 8 weeks late now and have had zero comms from the company.

Shocking service and won't be using again, avoid at all costs.

Excellent quick service, always arrives on time and with a couple of samples thrown in. 👍🏻

This is HANDS DOWN the best site I have ever used. The guys answer any questions so quick and are so helpful. The 1st Phorm protein is amazing, I have had the mint ice cream sandwich and its like having a joint aero. Is sooooo delicious as a warm gooey mug cake. I have also ordered core nutritional pro in 5 flavours. Both products are cold processed so don’t upset my stomach. The blueberry muffin is like a Starbucks blueberry muffin, no joke. The frosted vanilla cupcake tastes like Betty Crocker vanilla frosting and mixed with yoghurt is like eating cake batter. The cookies and cream has little crunchy bits and it tastes exactly like crushed up Oreo’s in milk. The death by chocolate cake is insane - how they have managed to get it to taste like the chocolate fudge cake you get from pizza express is incredible, last but not least the chocolate peanut butter cup is again delicious - blended with strawberries its like a PB and J. These are all easy to blend and mix well in to protein mug cakes, baked oats, pancakes, yoghurts or as a shake. 10/10 highly recommend. I will be repurchasing all of them. Getting your protein intake in has never tasted so good.

Placed first order with this company over a week ago and all went well however, placed a second order at the end of the same week. On the day I assumed my order would arrive I received an email to say there had been an error and what I ordered wasn't actually in stock. I emailed straight back asking what similar products they had, over a day later I've heard nothing so unfortunately I've had to request a refund, still not heard anything. **as of 1st August I still haven’t received a refund**
