It's been about 4 months, no delivery, no response, no help. This company stole £110.96 GBP from me. Only got one delivery from them successfully before.

No fault of their own but poor communication
No fault of their own - no podium shipment. Wasn’t communicated with me even though I had paid for the product just didn’t turn up. They did apologise for this and stated they would send samples to apologise - which I didn’t receive.

Samples should have been added which we will aim to provide next time, we did however offer you a 20% off code for your next order and upgraded you to next day delivery.

Problems were solved but took time
After the checkout process went wrong (no housenumber was filled) the order couldnt be delivered. It took a long time and communication can be better (proactively from their part)
At last the amount was returned. When orders go correctly then there is nothing to complain about and they send out quickly. But i have not got the best experience once something goes wrong.

Hi Oliver, thank you for your review and we are sorry for your experience. As we had advised you on emails, before we could look to issue any refunds we would have to wait for the order to be returned to us from the courier, contacting couriers means that we still have to wait for their response which can take some time. Yesterday we had advised through our live chat which you had contacted us on that we had now received notice from the courier and our warehouse team that your order had been successfully returned to us and accounted for. Since then we have refunded you in full for your order and you have been notified via email of this yesterday afternoon.
To say we do nothing is unfair on our part as we have been doing everything we can to speed up responses from the courier but unfortunately we cannot control their response time. We are not holding your money from your order, this has been refunded as mentioned above and we have also told you this on the live chat which has been read by yourself.
I hope that this information helps, please get in touch with us and I will have a discount code sorted for your next order.

Podium is definitely the best brand at a list! I have a super sensitive gut and podium doesn’t upset it at all! Peanut butter crunch is my favorite but waiting to hopefully get that maple pancake too soon! 10/5 stars 😜

Delivery to late, things missed even after asking
Ordered over 200eur for the Black Friday sale. There came first for a month nothing, later two times e few products after asking a lot about it. Even with the last delivery I missed my Strong Greens that I ordered.. Even after texting, I got no answer. At least, when your service is bad, or in delay you can give some samples to say sorry.

Purchased a promotion where items were still advertised as in stock yet weren't. No communication on compromise, just threw in some samples to promote other products. Called to mention the problem yet didn't offer any resolve at all other than it was their mistake. After the money i've spent its disappointing. Would you value this experience?

Order never arrived, no refund.
I ordered products via A-List Nutrition on 11 April 2022. The items never arrived and I never received a refund. I have been chasing it ever since but with no headway.
I am sure they deliver in the UK, but in my experience do not order to Europe as the products do not arrive and you do not get a refund.

The further payment for your order would have been for the customs duties and tax which is a payable amount by the customer when importing from the UK to the EU, we have put up blogs and sent out newsletters explaining this. We have however now set up an EU warehouse and site, with this in mind all orders purchased on the EU site will be shipped within the EU and avoid customs duties and tax.

Great company and stick by their word
Great company. Bought plenty of BPN stock from these guys. I ordered a T-shirt, as accidents happen they sent out the wrong t shirt. I then got in touch, they apologised and sent out the correct one with next day postage. Really good company and stick by their word. will be using A list constantly for all my USA products i need in the future.
