The course has a lot of depth, knowlege and information. It can be demanding to balance this with a job and other commitments. However, the staff (specifically, Charmaine and Becca) make it attainable.

Professional, encouraging and empathetic. Thank you for your support and service.

I recommend this course for those with busy lives.

It was great to do emergency first aid as it was informative,fun engaging and the practical was really fun and I learnt a lot.

The entire learning process was very simple and straightforward. My tutor (Becca) was easy to reach and flexible. I enjoyed the process and would definitely recommend the company/program to others.

Obtaining my Highfield Level 4 Certificate in Principles of Leadership and Management for Adult Care (RQF) has been an amazing journey for me in the past months. I am grateful for the encouragements and support received from my tutor Charmaine. I recommend anyone who is looking to obtain qualifications needed in the workplace to consider A1 Education & Training company, they are simply the best!!!

To whom it may concern…. I took part in the emergency first aid at work. On 8th October, at Teddington Baptist church..

I have been a first aider for years, was hoping there would be something new to learn. And it would help me reinforce what I have learnt before and forget.
I learnt so much on this course, thanks to Charmaine’s knowledge of first aid.. she also helped me over come some negative feelings I had after doing CPR in the past.

I would definitely recommend this course to my friends and colleagues..

Teaching first aid within a classroom environment, is definitely something Charmaine should remain in. So she would flourish to her full potential…
