Really informative course and I feel Charmaine has educated me and I now feel a confident first aider.

Course study was well clearly explained to me prior, questions were clear and with my work advisor Charmaine, she was there always through messages and phone calls to advise me through the studies. The faculty treated me fairly, all the charges were fair. I learnt a lot of new things in this course and will be glad to continue to do my level 4 with this faculty again. Thank you.

I had a great experience with the team and they offered me great advice and encouragement when I was thinking of quitting
I finally completed with the help I got from an excellent tutor I had and they Encouraged me to go further

Completing my NVQ Level 3 in Health Care has been an incredibly rewarding journey. This qualification not only deepened my understanding of patient care but also strengthened my practical skills and confidence in delivering high-quality support. The program offered a perfect balance of theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience, allowing me to grow both personally and professionally. I am now better equipped to provide compassionate, effective care and look forward to applying these skills to make a positive difference in people’s lives.

My tutor Cathryn was so helpful. I have been struggling in some areas but she was so patient and dedicated. Thank you Cathryn.

My Tutor Becca was very supportive and patient, even times when i almost gave up she was there to encourage me and push. I am still thankful i used A1 for my training.They are the best support system you can ever have and it made my study very easy.

Thanks Charmaine for a great training session. This is the first training session I've completed and found it super beneficial to have the practical side of things and my questions answered throughout the day :)

Charming was very professional but not stiff, answering questions even if seeming obvious. Presentation was well explained, and detailed.

The class was the best ever training session that I had as a carer . The way that she explained the CPR is amazing . I found this class extremely helpful and informative.
She stood still for 7 hours and explained how the first aided should deliver help and support

I have just completed my NVQ 5, never did i think i could do this but with great support from my tutor i achieved it in 10 months!!. I really enjoyed the course in Leadership and management and have learnt so much and this will now enable me to progress in my job role. The course was so informative and really made me look at how i manage my team.
