Started a course at A1 Training a year ago. It should have been 6 months, but life threw some detours my way, and I had to pause twice. No worries – A1 was fantastic! My tutor, Charmaine, was incredibly supportive and understanding throughout. Needed extra time? No problem! The admin team bent over backwards, even with all the extensions I requested. Plus, their flexible payment plan was a lifesaver. Bottom line: If you're looking for an affordable and adaptable education experience, A1 Training is the place!

I had the privilege to take Level
5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care with A1 Education and Training, a well-organised Institution. My tutor, Becca, is an exceptional instructor who made learning enjoyable and rewarding. She challenged me to do my best and wouldn't accept anything less.

Overall, I will not hesitate to highly recommend A1 Education and Training to anyone interested in pursuing a health and social care career. I am confident I will succeed in this field thanks to Becca’s guidance and expertise, and I know that it will serve me and the service users I serve well.

The tutor is very thorough and gives you constructive feedback for every module. You are also given enough time to complete your assignments. You set your own pace of study that is helpful if you are on a full time job. Observations of your work are done and they take note of everything you do on the job hence evaluate you completely giving you a complete picture of your performance. That is very helpful. The fact that an independent body also evaluates your work before they certify you adds that final touch to the completeness of your work.

A1 education and training has enabled me to understand all aspects of health and social care.I have achieved a good knowledge.

Its been an honour to learn with A1, the tutors have great knowledge, communication and ensures that the Learner is keeping up with work. I had a wonderful, insightful and very educative sessions, with a seasoned, selfless and thorough Charmaine as accessor/tutor. I sincerely appreciate the support of the management team and everyone involved in customer-related matters, for prompt responses to inquiries and for keeping to the terms of the training as agreed.
