Very good service. This is my third year renewing, Abbeygate are always efficient and courteous.

I would not only like to thank Trustpilot but Abbeygate as well. I recently complained about not being refunded from Abbeygate. Since the time of reporting, a few hours later Ivan from Abbeygate telephoned me personally to understand what my grievance was and to apologise for my customer experience. Abbeygate has made a refund into my account. Ms Claudia Ferreira also apologised for the inconvenience caused. I would not expect anything less from Abbeygate. They have kept a high bar of 5 stars, and I do not see any reason why this should be tainted by 1 complaint, however well received and attended to. Thank you, Ivan. I wish there were more copies of yourself, as you excel in customer care and commitment. Your passion to be the best is very much evident.

Thanks again to Sandra from Abbeygate for making my car insurance renewal straightforward with the best cover at a good price really closely aligned with the previous year everything was laid out so the renewal took no time at all altogether another very good experience.

Abbeygate are a good company to deal with, obviously having documents in English is a major benefit of dealing with them. They like to do everything old school by phone, I think in this day and age a renewal should be easier than it is currently. An email with a link to pay if you want to renew is not hard to do and saves time for them as well as the client. Something to think about, but generally very good company.
