Abbeygate Insurance Portugal レビュー 

I've been a customer with Abbeygate for 2+ years and never had any problems renewing or buying insurance but I won't be using them again. When my car was hit in an accident by an at-fault driver and I needed help, Abbeygate kept telling me it wasn't their problem to help with as I only have 3rd party insurance.

This was despite the at-fault party's insurer patiently telling me that my insurance company needed to be involved in the mediation, and that I did indeed need to file a claim with my own insurance company in addition to theirs.

In the end it was the other driver's insurance company that helped me contact my own insurer, who arranged my car repairs in the end.

Anyway, all of this delayed the whole process by 2-3 weeks and added a whole bunch of unnecessary stress as I was under the (incorrect) advice of Abbeygate that I shouldn't need to contact my insurance company at all. To add to all of this, I emailed Abbeygate for clarification on the whole process so I understand what to do for next time and they never bothered to reply.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to Artur for his exceptional assistance in setting up our insurance so quickly. His efficiency and meticulous attention to detail made the entire process seamless and completely stress-free for my family and me.

Thanks to Artur’s expert guidance and support our insurance was arranged in no time. His professionalism and dedication truly stood out throughout the process.

Buying a used car in Portugal, we received a quote fully comp from Maria within an hour. I always find the price of insurance in Portugal very high compared to what I would have paid in the UK, but, I know that Maria got us the best price with a reputable company. Thanks

After a very difficult period where Abbeygate were not replying to emails Laura became involved. She quickly updated my account,new premiums paid.
The issue was due to a previous employee who had left the company.
Abbeygate should inform clients of agent changes and certainly remove them from the email system (auto response needed)

Have been insured with Abbeygate for seven years for motor insurance. Sandra is very helpful, as are the rest of the staff. All speak good English which eases the process. Just before renewal I get an email followed by a phone call to complete the renewal. Seamless transaction, I would definitely highly recommend.

The Abbeygate team, and this year Laura especially, are very professional, thorough and knowledgeable and give you confidence that your insurance matters are in good hands.

We recently received excellent service from Yvonne regarding cruise specific travel insurance. Yvonne found us suitable cover at a reasonable cost and is always available to answer any queries.
We also use Abbeygate for our health cover and receive excellent service from Maria. She recently negotiated a discounted premium on our health policy renewal which we were very happy about.
I highly recommend Abbeygate for all insurance requirements.

Both Artur and Yvonne were extremely helpful in getting our house and travel insurance organised. We also have our car insurance with Abbeygate. It is so helpful to have everything explained in English and all our questions were answered. Nothing was too much trouble.
