Good customer service

We love how easy and heavy duty our 10x20 tent is. In an unfortunate issue one of the legs broke. When we needed it replaced they were so easy to work with to get a replacement here. Great product and great customer service!

Product was as advertised and pretty quick turn around and delivery

The customer service is fantastic. They have quality products. They are eager to answer any questions.

I have purchased several canopies from ABC, and the shipping experience has always been excellent. The items arrive quickly, allowing you to begin setup without a long wait. Once assembled, the canopies provide an amazing experience.

This time, I purchased a canopy with mesh sides. While I was pleased with the overall product, the mesh setup did not feel as secure as I would have liked.

The canopy bag i ordered didn't work out but the company customer service made the process simple and easy to work with to get a refund. There team is clearly customer service dedicated would use them in the future if my needs required it and would recommend for others to use.

The canopy is made very well. The top tore and I need a new one. I cannot find one on their website. And if you need customer service THERE IS NONE! No phone number to call them. You must email them which I have several times and have NEVER HEARD BACK!

The company responded to my review with some promising comment of helping me. However, 5 days later, I've never heard from them.

Today is July 3. No contact from their CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT.
This is the point they've won-I lost-game over 😡

As of July 5th, I have been in frequent contact with the customer service department via email. FINALLY.
They stated that some of my earlier emails had been misplaced in their system. Once they straightened out the issue, they have completely solved my problem.
They were very apologetic. They informed me that the particular canopy I have that is broken, is an older model.
I was never able to receive or locate a part number to order just the replacement canopy material. Not the metal frame.
However, they are going to send me a completely new canopy. AT NO COST TO ME AT ALL!!!!!!
For all the frustration I have experienced trying to just get a replacement top.
I reiterated the fact, that I am not a person seeking any for free. I always pay for what I want or get.
The simple fact they are willing to do this for me, because of computer email issues, is BEYOND ANYTHING I have heard of or experienced myself before.
They have certainly proven to me that, not only THAT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE EXIST, IT IS WAY BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL!!!
My ONLY complaint now is that I cannot leave a review MUCH BETTER THAN 5 STARS!!!!!!
10 STARS PLUS!!!
THIS customer service, as well as the fact that their products are SUPERIOR to any other canopy I've ever had or seen, I could not recommend ANY other canopy company than ABCCANOPY!!!!!!

Abc Canopy has been great for our business. We got a fair amount of umbrellas for our patio and when 1 broke they were prompt and helpful in resolving to ensure we got a new umbrella replacement. Quality is great and will be using them more in the future.

Easy to use website, sweet discount for being new, and item showed up fast. Tent seems of great quality, and I’m excited to have it for markets. Would be even better for the travel case to have storage for the sandbags and walls, but overall I am impressed.

Customer service was great. Resolved my issue no problem. Very rare to see customer service this good.

Update: ABC reached out to me to resolve an issue I had with a replacement part. They offered a refund to resolve the issue. Very much appreciated that ABC took care of the issue!

Quality umbrella. Happy with my purchase.

Order was canceled because the item was back ordered despite the website showing three available.

Simple ordering process. Had a an issue and it was resolved fairly and efficiently.

I had an issue with one of the two awning bags. The handles pulled off the bag when I removed the awning. We used the awnings for four months and loved the shade they provided. I reported the issue in trustpilot. ABC contacted me, I told them the story and they sent a replacement bag. Great customer service, I will buy from them again. 👍

I ordered a canopy cover that was promptly shipped to my address. The weather has been terrible and it sat around for some time before I had an opportunity to even attempt to put it on. Once I did, I realized it was not the right size and I was not able to get it on. I reached out to ABCCanopy to explain my situation. It was clearly my error in measuring when I ordered but the team at ABCCanopy immediately reached out to me and rectified the situation. They will always be my go to when I need a replacement, the customer service was absolutely amazing!! Thank you for the fabulous service you give your customers and delivering a great product for our enjoyment!!
