I recently ordered an umbrella which arrived quickly. There was an issue with the umbrella so I reached out to customer service who responded the next day and was able to resolve the issue to my satisfaction.

I ordered 3 canopy tents for our annual family reunion camping trip and only received 2. Contacted customer service and they responded promptly, explained the situation and I will be receiving my 3rd canopy. Delivery was quick, large selection of canopies and color options, great prices and customer service was excellent. They will have my business for any future purchases needed. I will also recommend to all my family and friends. Great company to work with.

Ordered a white canopy tent. When I received it the canopy was actually silver. The market I vend at requires an all tents to be white. I worked with customer service and they sent out a replacement canopy at no charge. All is good now. Tent quality is great.

I received a canopy
The top part didn’t fit too small but I made it work. Not your fault I didn’t check the top part size.

Chesapeake Fine Arts and Crafts Festival is known for strong winds. Every year tents are lost to high winds factors. Last year I noticed that ABC tents survived the winds. I bought one this year and I survived the weekend at the festival. No rain, no wind tent held firm. Thank you

Communication while trying to order could be better. Emails could be more detailed.
Speaking with a representative would be a plus.

We had a tent donated to our club that was damaged in a wind storm. We didn't have any info except what ws labeled on the tent pole. We were able to contact ABC Canopy
to get replacement parts so we could repair the damage. All communications were done be email and responses were immediate. Shipping was done quickly and the tent was repaired. Everyone who communicated with me was professional and courteous. Thank for helping our situation. I would recommend this company's products to anyone who needs them.

Helpful information from customer service to select the appropriate canopy and options. Good price and even a bonus spring discount.

UPDATE: Customer Service has reached out to me to offer a full refund… they explained being based in China it may take up to 24 hours to response…

The ordering process was very easy. The tracking process was very accurate. The canopy is good material and the color is as in the picture. Customer service is really helpful and answers all questions and is very prompt.

I received the incorrect product but was able to get a refund for it with a good customer service agent.

The product looked decent, it just didn't fit my tent in the bag.

How I discovered ABCCanopy – While driving, I spotted a carwash that had two beautiful white canopies with sides, and cathedral windows. They were so attractive, that I did a U-Turn to go back and get a better look! I was in the market at the time for a tent, as I am a vendor who will be selling in a month. I asked the owner of the tents how they liked the ABCCanopies. (I saw their logo on the tent, that’s how I knew). The tent owner said he has had great success with the tents and they keep his clients out of the rain and warm while they are waiting for their car to get detailed. He even had a nice little couch and heater inside of his. It looked so cozy, that I couldn’t resist. I went ahead and ordered the same exact one. When it arrived, I determined that this was a very easy tent to assemble. It popped right up. The side with the cathedral windows are beautiful. But to my dismay, there were a couple small parts missing that would keep the roof suspended in its highest position. I also noticed the nice canvas bag it came in had a small tear in it. I immediately contacted customer service through their email address and provided pictures. While I was upset at first that there was no 800# to call, I emailed customer support. To my delight, they responded within 12 hours. To solve my predicament, they have offered to send me a brand new one as a replacement. And I just want to add, the original shipment arrived in three days. It was amazing timing, and amazing customer service. I would definitely order from them again!!! Thank you so much for handling my situation this way. The price was really good also!

I got the 10x10 black church tent and I got to say it was super easy to set up and the quality of the canvas that make the walls up is durable and could withstand pretty strong wind. I had an accident as I disassembled it and managed to break some of the supports and when I contacted customer support they simply up just asked for some pictures to check the damage and said they would straight up replace it. This is the easiest most professional customer service I've ever experienced. Absolutely recommend this company and I will be buying from them again.

The ordering process was very easy, and communicating with the design team was great! We ordered a custom canopy and it fit our frame (which we bought from ABC Canopy several years ago) perfectly! We really get noticed now!

I've had many ABC Canopies over the years. Each and every one of them is a quality unit! I receive everything I order and the items are all packed well and easy to assemble. I will always use ABC Canopy!

Great quality , excellent communication

Let me start by the quality of the product is great came in ample amount of time tracking number, etc. since my order they have updated information so you make sure that you get the correct size because there is multiple sizes four or 5 x 8 barbecue gazebo so if I could help you in any shape or form, please read the inside dimensions. Their customer service really needs some work to pay attention to their customers and their needs if something is wrong.
