Somebody from Ableworld Colchester, on Friday, took my Mobility Scooter away from (Lexden Place, C03 9FD), for me as I no longer wanted it, for a small amount of cash. I am, and will always be extremely grateful. Thank you, so very kind. I now have a bit more storage space in outside green box, as our flat is small. My husband and I are both unable to walk now, so I am very grateful for your help.

The right place to visit.

Staff in the showroom were fantastic but let down by delivery
Staff in the showroom were fantastic. Handled an initial phone call and a visit so well, showing great product knowledge and kindness to my elderly mother. Very pleased with the product purchased. Unfortunately the service was let down when it came to delivery. The wrong reclining chair was delivered, which caused me great inconvenience, and I barely got an apology.

We were helped so much in the shop to get the correct chair , there advice was spot on
The lads that came to deliver the chair spent time showing my husband how the use the controller.

Excellent service

Absolute customer service 👏👏👏
The knowledge and assistance from staff , not pushy in any way and able to guide me very well as to what I needed and also advise other products available without any pressure . Such an easy store to navigate , depending on mobility , equipment available for ease of browsing whether that be a wheelchair , walking aid or just a friendly knowledgeable ear , never used the store before but will be my first port of call should I need something else 👏👏👏

Prompt service from really pleasant…
Prompt service from really pleasant professional staff both in store and delivery service.
Price and change of products were really good also,
Helping with ensuring VAT deducted from products was a real bonus.

One staff member's attitude was very unhelpful!
The attitude of one staff member wasn't very helpful he said " that's above my pay grade."
All he had to do was check my name on an item, how hard was that. They seem to have lots of staff, some are very busy while others don't seem to be doing very much. Maybe this guy was an apprentice? It was a bad look for the company, this guy definitely needs customer service training. Company and rest of staff were very good.

Hopefully this addition will help my wife …
Unfortunately with my wife been diagnosed for Alzheimer's we needed and hopefully need to get her up stairs and Ambleworld who are local to us came to our rescue and fitted a stairlift for us. Fitted in a few hours and explained all controls etc.very professionally
