Such good friendly service
From the initial phone call to check stock and reserve a jolly boot scooter, to collecting it the following morning, the staff were friendly and helpful. My husband was shown over the scooter and even though he already owns another scooter they still took time to explain everything about this model and allow him to have a go to make sure he was happy before purchase.

Fabulous job Reagan Jordan Peter and Dawn
Fabulous staff came in bought a recliner chair loaded on van, delivered, installed and old one removed into garage. All within 1 hour YES in one hour my dad was sitting with his feet up in his new chair!! Amazing work Reagan, Jordan, Peter and Dawn at Stoke Able World.

Riser/Recliner chairs
Chose 2 Riser/Recliner chairs to replace 3 seater couch due to wife,s worsening arthritis and maybe even my own.Shop staff very helpful initially and aftersales fine.Rang,booked a date for delivery.I cleared the room,they arrived,set them up,gave a quick run through of the controls and away they went.Very professional company who have never let me down

Melissa and the other staff were fantastic! Throughly explained everything to my parents, Melissa was very patient and attentive from walking through the door to loading the scooter into the car it was a very positive experience!

I recently purchased a mobility scooter from Ableworld Newport. I would congratulate the staff and in particular the assistant store manager Samuel Picken who presented us with options and explained in great detail the benefits of each product, not once did he try to hard sell us.
