Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are sorry for the delay you experienced while waiting for your batteries and understand how frustrating this must have been.

Unfortunately, due to high demand for the battery you required, we had to order the replacement in which is unusual for this size of battery. With this and the recent Bank Holiday period, this contributed to some additional delays which were outside of our usual timescales. Our team had kept you updated within this period, however, we appreciate the unusual delay. We are pleased that the matter has now been resolved and that you have received your batteries, replaced under warranty.

Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused, and thank you for your patience while we worked to resolve this for you.
